Good and Bad. The good is the property is beautiful, clean, and the staff is very nice. Great food. Heavenly for the drinkers of this world. Bad is don't spill or mess up the sheets. It will cost you extra when you check out. They need ice machines on every floor, not just the third. Maybe have an area to accommodate a microwave.

Pros - excellent and friendly service from everyone. Food quality and variety was awesome. Spacious rooms and very clean public spaces. Plenty of beach chairs.
Cons - beach umbrellas were falling apart and should be updated. Drinks at beach bar were awful, go to lobby bar instead. Need more bathrooms at beach and pool areas

Estuve con mi esposa durante 3 noches y la pasamos muy bien. La comida estuvo bien, nada extraordinario pero si todo bien preparado y bastante fresco que para mí eso es esencial.
El personal siempre muy amable y dispuesto. Solo tengo una única queja. Me comunicaron por correo el servicio de transporte aeropuerto - hotel y viceversa. Días previos me enviaron un correo para brindar la información de vuelos y horas, sin embargo, nosotros no necesitábamos que nos recogieran en el aeropuerto hacia el hotel, pero sí que nos llevaran al aeropuerto.
No nos daban opción de solo pedir un servicio. Entonces no llenamos la información, para no hacer llegar a nadie en vano a recogernos. El problema fue que al no llenar eso antes de la estancia, ya no nos podían dar el servicio de llevarnos al aeropuerto.
Por lo demás, todo súper bien. Definitivamente volveríamos.

Property was gorgeous. Beach, stunning. Pool parties, fantastic. Seating around the pool with the shade canopies were awesome. I thought the buffet food was the best and the steak house. I think the other restaurants should revise their menu's .. nothing interested our family. We did NOT go hungry though.
**One thing I need to mention. DO NOT count on the advertised free airport transfer. I got no confirmation after sending my flight info 3 times and when contacting RIU corporate offices they said it was not offered as an amenity though it's clearly written here on *******.
It was also very difficult to reach the hotel by phone because all the phone numbers online are wrong and I was sketched out.
My stay was really, really great though! Just be sure to get your own airport transfer!!!
