The room was not sufficiently clean. We had multiple cockroaches in our room crawling everywhere. The breakfast had only 2 items - omlette/bread and idly/sambar chutney. There were other supporting items such as butter, jam, orange juice. Air-condition was bad. It took forever to make the room cold enough. Wifi is bad. I couldn't work because of that. Location is excellent. Swimming pool is also quite good.

I booked this property for 2 nights and right after one night i knew i cannot stay for another night here. Bugs dust mosquitoes water leakage, smell in rooms, etc. There was no water in washroom for over 12 hours. We asked them to clean the room, no one came. Ultimately had to check out a day before and book another property. We even asked to refund our second night stay’s amount which the hotel denied. They lie, and are not bothered about customers

We stayed for 3 nights they have good location but services are average breakfast is average not much options even rooms are not upto the mark. They charge for fridge, they gave some weird rules sometimes are annoying like kitchens is closed after 12 midnight

Staying at silver sands holiday village was an amazing choice. Property is very well maintained, clean rooms and 100m only from beach but thing we love the most is hospitality of the staff. We booked resort first for 3 days but with good experience we extended our stay to 6 days in same resort only

Based on my personal experience sharing the below - pros - 1. Swimming pool
2. Candolim beach is at 2 min distance by walk cons - 1. Old property and rooms do not look neat and clean
2. Mattress were old 3. Lethargic staff except for a few people
4. Do not provide basic facilities like toothpaste, hand wash etc and you've to go and purchase if you do not carry *****. Could be painful as they won't bring it for you on time even if you are ready to pay for things. They would simply ignore

The location of resort is very nice right near to candolim beach. Also there are nice restaurants and shopping places nearby. The superior rooms we opted were spacious and clean. There is a nice swimming pool which we enjoyed however it does not appeared to be vaccum cleaned at bottom regularly. The breakfast spread definitely needs to be improved considering the overall rates that are charged.

Probs arrived such as der is no intercom o phone call to connect with the lobby for services and the number they provided didn't pick calls wen needed. And hot water tap wasn't working properly. So had to choose to bath in cold water indeed. Other than that. Rest all experience n stay was good enough. Hotel staff were good to interact

The hotel’s plus point is that it is located right on candolim beach (walking distance of 2 min) and it is also in center of the city from where all the other places can be visited easily. However the service of hotel is slow and rooms are average not bad so if you want to enjoy the beach and nightlife of goa then choose this hotel and to relax only in hotel try some other options.
