"Location is great, atmosphere is warm, rooms are spacious and cozy but require minor maintenance. Value for money...well, we paid 5 star prices for our stay but unfortunately the AC in the main restaurant wasn't functional, which was a little disappointing. Also, the Food could be a lot better for the price paid. Service and staff are excellent and very professional, warm and welcoming."

"The hotel is very good, with excellent service and a beautiful view. The beach is shared, and considering it's in North Goa, it's a bit dirty and very crowded, and compared to South Goa, it's definitely not as good. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The breakfast is so-so; the worst part is that you have to queue to get in—it's downright cringe-worthy. Overall, the hotel is a B+."
