The staff especially ***agement are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is in a bad state of repair! The frontage has falling tiles and routing wood frame! Any repairs within the hotel is fine very badly! There are broken and damaged area all over the hotel! It is disgraceful and cannot be described as a four stars! I would like the owner to come look at the state of the hotel, they would be ashamed! My holiday was completely spoilt by the environment and extremely noisey guests till late in the night! I realise not much can be done about noise but it reflects the attitude of other guests!! My advise to anyone thinking of booking is to avoid there are better hotels nearby for the same price! I would have changed hotel but getting my deposit may have taken time! .

As soon as you walk through the entrance of Stay Goa you know that you have chosen the right hotel. Everything is just right. The staff are welcoming, friendly & extremely helpful it has retained that personal touch, which can be lacking in larger hotels. The rooms are attractive & bright, some with their own balconies. There is an excellent restaurant which is clearly a 'destination' in itself for some visitors. Apart from the delicious food it was so nice to Stay Goa is a tranquil oasis to retreat to from the chaos of Goa. Of the 3 hotels that I have stayed at in Goa this is BY FAR the best choice special thanks again to their chef RUPEN and entire staff for the variety the serving delicious dishes with smile .

Absolutely loved my comfortable stay at Hotel Godwin. We and our son enjoyed every minute. Be it swimming or the tempting food, every thing was excellent. I will highly recommend to check this lovely 4 star property whenever you plan your next goa holiday

I stayed here for 8nights from 3rd Feb. The room was very spacious and with good everyday service. The hotel ***agement was very good and suppoting to my needs.The breakfast buffet was very good with superbly serviced by staff. The location is perfect for walking to the beaches but the the abundance of nearby restaurants serving all variety of cuisines was the highlight. These places were buzzing with tourists from all over and the live music every night was in abundance. I thoroughly recommend Godwin Hotel

The hotel was not clean, food was not best quality and service very poor. The hotel didn’t allow me to cancel while they had been oversold so they made sure and took my money and rented the room at a higher cost. Thus was clear as the front desk person made sure I didn’t cancel online s also it was impossible to get online at hotel.com to make any changes

We stayed for two night in hotel ,hotel is at main candolim road .but despite good location ,hotel is bad in offering services ,breakfast spred is not rich ,very few variety in breakfast .they have only concern in noting room number ,***ager at front lobby is not at all tourist friendly and their aim is get money ,we were having kids ,their front desk previous night agreed to charge kids one bed for 2500 for two night beside 7000 per night tarif but at the time of checkout , they charged double for kids .their women GM is very fussy always ready to fight ,our two stay at Novotel and Mercure was hassle free and pleasant .
