We stayed here for 10 days and it was the worst place we have ever been to …it’s filthy …it’s mouldy …the staff are complete ****** with no emotions …I tried to complain to the travel agent ..they already knew how bad it was and told me it was acceptable…no way ….dont go …it would be your worst nightmare …the food is as bad as the rooms …don’t waste your money ….

This hotel for a 3 star was excellent. The food in the restaurant was varied and of good quality. The swimming pool was good. The rooms ok. Unfortunately some of the British visitors were very rude, but the majority lovely. Enjoyed our stay, would have been perfect if the few rude bullies to the staff hadn’t been present.

Location great, just a minute walk to beach. You do have to cross railway line, either under with a passage way or walk across at certain places. Lovely walks along the prom. Hotel is a little dated and as well as the rooms could do with an update. Our room was very big, bathroom was good size,( needs updating). Sheets and all bedlinen were clean, towels same as most places were adequate and changed every day. Food was fine-not 4 start but doesn't pretend to be. Always found something to eat. Repetitive, chicken, beef, pork and fish every lunch and tea time, but was cooked different ways. Pool area is VERY small and does not have enough sunbeds. It is closed in on 3 sides,so does become noisy. The 1 thing that spoils this hotel(as others have said) is some of the people who stay there. They were very rude, complained about anything and everything, but still stayed by pool most days eating and drinking the "rubbish they serve". If you want better then you need to pay a lot more to upgrade to a different hotel. All staff were friendly and helpful with us. This is not a 4* hotel, so don't expect 4* service. All in all we had a lovely holiday.

HOTEL "TERROR" MAR AVOID!!!! AVOID!!!! AVOID !!!! Just spent a week at this hotel with 2 friends. Worse experience of my life. Any person considering booking this HOTEL please listen to Reviews. Where do I begin. This hotel is horrific. Fighting every night. Police on site more times than off. This hotel should be their base. I was so frightened in this environment I had to move my mattress to my friends room and sleep there for a few days. The clientele this hotel attracts is unbelievable. Faulty Towers would be better to stay at. I had to constantly ask for toilet rolls at reception.. Towels had seen better days. I had to literally clean my own room. People Robbed in hotel and also on beach. Food was inedible..Breakfast was okay but rest of food Repetitive and nothing labelled. No choice for kids. We ate out everyday which I must stress make sure you take extra money if you are contemplating staying here or already booked When you pay for all inclusive you expect this. The balconies need screening in-between rooms.just a small metal rail and anyone can climb over. Uncomfortable sitting out. Some staff extremely rude and very unprofessional. This does need to be addressed ASAP. I had to pay £10 for remote. Returned at end of stay. It's cheap for a Reason. This hotel should be closed down. Everyone we Met felt the same as we did.

After reading a fair few scathing reviews of Hotel Terramar before arriving, we were concerned with the accommodation. However, after a 4day break we were pleasantly surprised and will leave happy after making so many happy memories. Firstly, don’t come expecting a 5star resort, the hotel is quite dated and one of the showers in our rooms did not work. The pool wasn’t a high end water park but somewhere our 3 boys loved and were never out of. The rooms were cleaned twice during our stay which we were fine with. With regards to the staff, many reviews claimed the staff were rude and incompetent; this was not the case. If you treat people with the respect and courtesy they deserve, especially those in services, you’ll be met with that in return. The reception staff were very helpful and were able to help sort out an error with our transfer despite it not being their fault. The bar men/women were pleasant and on hand (the young lady being the best). The staff were very friendly towards children when getting drinks. In the restaurant, the staff constantly did not stop. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and were overall satisfied. As previously said, this is not a 5 star resort so don’t expect Michelin Star food. We never went hungry as there was plenty to choose from, breakfast being the best meal of the day. The lunch/dinner options ranged from fish, meat, pastas, soup and lots of different sides. The drink selection wasn’t the best and they ran out of wine and some spirits on a daily basis, the beer was cans of Carlsberg which were quite nice, especially chilled. A few people were frustrated and were quite rude to the staff and had a fair few moans at the staff, which rightly got the staffs backs up but there were still options so we just cracked on! Whisky and Gin were definitely the best spirits. With regards to the measures, over the weekend when there were larger parties in they definitely lowered them and for good reason. Entertainment was lacking but we had a great night of disco and karaoke on the Monday of our stay and made our own entertainment, so I highly recommend you bring travel games for your nights - UNO being our go to for this trip 👍🏻. Overall, you get what you pay for. It’s a budget hotel, with budget quality food, beer, wines and spirits. Staff were great overall. We’re leaving a happy family. Happy Reading ☀️

It was not disabled friendly the breakfast was poor, the bathroom was so tiny not ideal for a disabled person. Good points : George a member of staff was the only good thing about this hotel.

The hotel was clean and food what do be expected from all inclusive Was shocked when one of our neighbours had a huge row and smashed the patio windows More shocked they neither got kicked out or arrested though Staff were great was the other guests for me expecting 5 star luxury for a low price and can understand totally if staff snap sometimes because the complaining was constant All in all a great holiday one block from the beach and loads of shops and restaurants just embarrassed to be British from what I saw from other Brit’s

The hotel was worth a lot more than what wa paid for it. The staff were extremely helpful and kind, any problem that happened, they helped to sort the problem out. Overall with the hotel, I had a great time. Will go back again and again. I cannot recommend enough.
