Struttura ottima che dispone di una bella posizione all’interno della città.
Personale cordiale e gentile sempre a disposizione per qualsiasi tipo di richiesta… un peccato non aver potuto cenare nel ristorante.

We stayed for a week and we were very happy with the service. The breakfast was very good with many options to choose from. The staff is very accommodating and they go out of their way to ensure that we had everything we needed. The first room they gave us after two days had a bit of mould forming on the wall due to the rainy humid weather and while we were out, without us saying anything or complaining at all, they took it upon themselves to switch our rooms. We had family where we would eat but the restaurant attached to the hotel has excellent reviews even by the locals. I will definitely be returning.

We have been 5 days in this hotel and we loved our stay there. Our room was clean and very spacious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was free and delicious. We would definitely stay there again.

Esperienza da non ripetere assolutamente. Siamo andati a finire lì xchè non c'era posto nelle vicinanze A parte la pulizia della camera che si può definire buona tutto il resto da dimenticare. Hall quasi in un sottoscala, impiegato quasi mai presente al banco, senza ascensore, colazione con un cornetto(personale che completamente assente). E lasciano stare tutti il resto...

Come da titolo della recensione Nè Sì Nè NO... Sì: posizione comoda,gentilezza e disponibilità del personale,colazione che seppur con poca scelta,ho trovato buona ed abbondante(torte di vario tipo,cornetti,burro,marmellate,yoghurt,cereali,frutta fresca,macchinetta per il caffè),condizionatore in camera perfettamente funzionante,pulizia accettabile. NO: Mancanza di ascensore!(se hai un piccolo trolley o un borsone ti va di lusso,ma con tante valigie?) mancanza di frigo in camera!(prima volta in vita mia che mi accadeva una cosa del genere)la gentilezza del personale nel farmi conservare le bottigliette d'acqua e le altre bevande nel loro frigo delle cucine non può di certo sopperire a questo notevole disagio durante il pernottamento) Cena al ristorante dell'albergo?lasciate perdere...un piatto di spaghetti col pomodoro,udite udite...15 euro!(anche se era compresa nel prezzo una bottiglia d'acqua e mettiamo anche il coperto,tale cifra è assurda per un posto come Canicattì:non siamo a PIAZZA DI SPAGNA a ROMA o a PIAZZA SAN MARCO a VENEZIA!) Rapporto qualità/ prezzo dell'hotel mediocre: per tutto quanto esposto sopra,non puoi fare pagare una camera matrimoniale 70 euro! Molte cose da migliorare e potrebbe essere un buon hotel....finché tali migliorie non verranno apportate,a malincuore,ma non tornerò sicuramente!
