Spa was not working even though I had called in advance to see if everything was working in the Spa and then received a resounding yes

Stay as expected. The hotel is well located and the half board is good, with good quality products. Neat facilities, well soundproofed rooms, in short I recommend it.

Cama super grande e confortável. Quarto super limpo e cheiroso. Todo o hotel super limpo. Piscina interior de qualidade e ginásio espetacular. Pessoas no atendimento muito simpáticas. O único senão foi não ter bebidas incluÃdas na refeição. Pelo menos uma deveria ter por cada pessoa. Existia todo o cuidado com os miúdos mais pequenos. Durante a noite podemos dormir descansados pois não existe barulho. Pelo menos não existiu. Sem dúvida um hotel a repetir se voltar a ilha. Senhor Marco na restauração muito cuidadoso. Sem dúvida. Achei os senhores muito mais simpáticos do que as senhoras sem dúvida alguma.

Die Kinder lieben den Billiardtisch. Sehr netter Service und leckeres Buffet. Pool innen und Meerwasserpool aussen bieten Abwechslung und Entspannung nach aufregenden Touren. Meerblick leider nicht aus dem Zimmer, aber immerhin vom Balkon.

Baulärm ohne Ende, hört man im Zimmer und am Pool. MINIBAR leer. Keine Sonnenschirme am Pool. Fernseh nur 3 Programme, gehen teilweise auch nicht. Alkoholfreies Bier nach 2 Tagen aus. Bademäntel 9,50 € , Geld erhält man nach Gebrauch auch nicht mehr zurück.

This is a fantastic hotel in a great beach location. Our room was huge with fabulous views of the sea. Breakfast was great with a large selection to choose from. Evening dinner was nice but meal’s could have been a bit hotter. Great well equipped gym and lovely inside pool and spa. Lovely pool area outside. You can walk along the seafront but it is hilly if you go up behind the hotel. The hotel offers a shuttle to Funchal and there is also a local bus stop outside. The staff were very helpful and friendly especially the client relations manager. Just be aware there is some refurbishment currently being carried out which may affect your stay. We will certainly return to this lovely hotel on this beautiful island.
