l'appartement sympa et conforme ( malheureusement nous sommes tombés en période de construction d'un hotel en face du notre ...) bien situé pour faire le tour de l ile et accéder à Funchal et à l aéroport.
manque un peu d accessoires pour cuisiner
Résidence très calme le week end de notre arrivée (en dehors du contexte cité précedemment car le lundi matin reprise du chantier )

La struttura in se non era male ,ma la pulizia ha lasciato molto a desiderare , abbiamo dormito con le lenzuola sporche per diversi giorni e le pulizie non erano 7 giorni su 7. Molto male organizzato in tutto

The apartment was huge, clean and well equipped. The decor was a little dated but it was so clean and had everything you needed. The lady who managed the apartments was so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. We had a lovely time, fantastic location with bars and restaurants all within a short walk. Would highly recommend to all. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Appartement et meubles sentant très fortement une odeur de renfermé, eux même sont très vieux et dépassés. La moquette quasi inexistante ( tellement usée) la robinetterie rouillée et très piquée !! Les siphons BOUCHÉS!!! , joint carrelage salle de bain sale et avec moisissures, MeGA bruyant !!! On a entendu TOUT les bruits des autres !!, chasse d’eau douche … Le frigo et hotte rouillé et peinture sautée!! Le pire le frigo hyper bruyant et le hotte qui même éteinte, on resservait TOUTE les odeurs des autres, dormir avec une odeur de friture et d’oignons frits aïe, et tout ça pour 4 étoiles , ils ont abusé du PONCHA , à fuir !!!

The accommodation as such has a good price/performance ratio. However, at the moment (October/November 2021) there is a large construction site right next to it with massive noise and dust caused by demolition work. No wonder that many guests have left the accommodation in a hurry. We also wanted to reduce our stay from 17 to 10 nights when the noise became unbearable. Although *********** produced a new statement, the manager only refunded 60% of the price already paid in cash for the cancelled 7 nights, citing allegedly non-refundable commission. A tremendously annoying experience when a move is necessary during the holiday and the costs for this have to be borne additionally by the guest.
