The hotel is good, well located and the staff very friendly. The facilities are a bit old. There is nothing more than the pool, nothing SPA and a single elevator for the entire hotel.

Good hotel, nit fancy but very good, with big rooms in front of the sea and very good food at breakfast. Unfortunately the the swimming pool was dirty with yellow water, and the gym looked small and abandoned...

Old and not maintained hotel. The swimming pool is a disaster, the industrial fast food, etc etc. The very friendly staff, but does not compensate for the ruin of the hotel. The heating could not turn on. The hotel door which is out of adjus**ent has never been repaired, finally the highlight remains the quality of the bedding. No way

Starting with the good: just the view and the friendliness of the employees. The good ends here... Bad: for a 4-star hotel, it leaves a lot to be desired. There is no access to strollers or wheelchairs at the entrance. In my case I had to go up and down steps with the car on my back. The rooms are old-fashioned, furniture from Dom Manuel's time, the bathrooms were recently renovated but that's it. The breakfast isn't bad at all, but for a 4 star hotel??? Not even close to what is normal... Access to the "heated" pool is dark, cold and not in any good appearance. Pieces of fallen ceiling, peeling paint, damp and mold everywhere. The pool water is cold and there is no comfort in the space. It was an experience I will never repeat. What they sell us through the images has nothing to do with what we find. Very bad indeed...

Very poor hotel, it should be 2 stars only not 4 very poor internet (hardly any signal) and not much choice of food for diner one garlic bread for starter, one dessert and the main course they give you choice between 2 dishes also very far from the airport and over in hour to the town canter

The hotel is outdated! Apart from the room and the catering, nothing is good! A swimming pool that is out of order, unsanitary, the roof leaking everywhere, to the point of overflowing basins!!! The sauna and spa are closed! Massages...there are none! Hotel well located for the seaside, but far from everything! Taking a taxi to reach the center of Porto will cost you between 12 and 13 euros one way! The bus stop is conveniently located but it drops you off in the business district! So take the metro or tram afterwards. The restoration, nothing to complain about, the only downside is that you have to go from the hotel to about 100 meters with the rain, the wind, not great! Decent breakfast, friendly staff, but the hotel looks more like a dormitory than a hotel. Not to be avoided, but no recommendation Definitely not worth a 4 star
