"The hotel is outdated! Apart from the room and the catering, nothing is good! A swimming pool that is out of order, unsanitary, the roof leaking everywhere, to the point of overflowing basins!!! The sauna and spa are closed! Massages...there are none! Hotel well located for the seaside, but far from everything! Taking a taxi to reach the center of Porto will cost you between 12 and 13 euros one way! The bus stop is conveniently located but it drops you off in the business district! So take the metro or tram afterwards. The restoration, nothing to complain about, the only downside is that you have to go from the hotel to about 100 meters with the rain, the wind, not great! Decent breakfast, friendly staff, but the hotel looks more like a dormitory than a hotel. Not to be avoided, but no recommendation Definitely not worth a 4 star"
