I’ve stayed in this hotel many times and it’s always a pleasure to return. Well located near the access to the ski lifts. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Quality and variety of food should be improved. Breakfast service should also be improved

Estuvimos esta semana pasada y la verdad es que estoy muy contenta. El personal de recepción, bar/cafeteria, comedor...todos muy atentos y agradables. La comida también muy bien, desayunamos muy bien. Las habitaciones son "correctas", tienen algunas cosas a mejorar: (estuvimos en una cuadruple o junior suite) - Nos tocó la sexta planta y aunque no me disgustó el hecho de estra tan arriba no lo pude disfrutar porque nuestras ventanas eran tipo bohardilla y no veiamos mas que el cielo y poco mas. - la ventana del baño, que era la que si daba al rio, estaba "okupada" por unas palomas. - Hay muy poca luz en general, tanto en la habitación como en el baño. Dentro de la ducha no hay ni un foco y la verdad es que ducharse a oscuras no es muy agradable. - El primer dia me encontré la habiación bastante limpia, pero ya los siguientes dias no es que se esmeraran mucho en hacer las habitaciones...al menos en barrer y fregar. - Podrian poner alguna que otra papelerea mas en la habitación. - Ademas también podrían poner algun que otro mueble para la ropa porque al ser habitaciones para tanta gente falta espacio para poder deshacer las maletas. La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda. El hotel muy bien ubicado, con guarda esquis, salones de juego, salas para los niños, etc. Podrian mejorar/modernizar cuatro cositas pero sin duda es un hotel que recomendaría.

Very comfortable facilities, the location is very good, in the middle of the main Street with restaurants and bars nearby and at walking distance from lift (350 mts flat), good breakfast, and very kind front desk personnel. Very good price to quality ratio.

hôtel à la décoration un brin désuète mais chaleureuse. Chambre familiale agréable mais pas de lit double ! propreté irréprochable SKi room un peu chargée en pleine saison demi pension : buffet varié, beaucoup de monde et de bruit en début de service mais l'on peut attendre tranquillement au bar attenant. Personnel agréable

Venimos en familia al Ski Plaza Hotel desde hace siete años, y en cada ocasión tenemos la satisfacción de confirmar que hemos hecho la elección correcta. La ubicación es la mejor de Canillo, en pleno pueblo con todo muy cerca (Palau de Gel al frente, muchos restaurantes y tiendas) y el teleférico a sólo 200 metros. Las instalaciones del hotel son fantásticas, muy cómodas y todo super limpio. Pero sin duda lo mejor es el personal, todos muy educados, muy amables, siempre sonrientes, de buen humor y dispuestos a ayudar. Esta es realmente la característica principal de por qué elegimos cada año volver al Ski Plaza. Todo el staff es maravilloso, empezando por su directora Nati, y siguiendo por su equipo de recepción (Candelaria, Juan, Gonzalo, Camila, Emilie), el bar (Gonzalo), el restaurant (Matías, Mili), el Spa (Agustina, fantástica masajista), y también las ayudantes de limpieza. Nos estamos olvidando de algunos nombres, pero no por ello son menos importantes en el día a día del buen funcionamiento del lugar. Lo hemos pasado fenomenal. Muchas gracias a todos y hasta el año que viene.

Utmärkt hotell nära liften med god service samt re
Trevlig personal med suveränt bemötande! Rent och fint hotell. Vi bodde i juniorsuite 4 personer vilken var bra med mycket plats för alla saker som man har på skidsemester.
Bra frukost. Kvällsbuffen var bra, men ljudnivån mycket hög.

El hotel esta bien de instalaciones. El servicio muy amable y atento, limpieza muy bien. Solo que para nosotros hay un par de cosas que le restan puntos: el calor insoportable en la habitación incluso con los radiadores apagados, tuvimos k abrir ventanas para dormir. Y el segundo las camas. Eso va a gustos, pero son muy blandas y nos hundíamos en ellas.. tuvimos también la mala suerte que ni los dardos ni el billar funcionaban.. en resumen, un hotel bien pero des de nuestro punto de vista no un 4 estrellas.
