Perfect base for snowboarding in Soldeu. 15 minute walk to Grandvalira Gondola or free shuttle bus from the hotel. Breakfast and Dinner buffets were great lots of variety. Small fridge in the room for self catering for lunch too. Friendly staff, free access to the gym and 1 free visit to the sauna would definitely stay again!

Côté hôtellerie tout est parfait, le petit déjeuner est un plaisir, avec un service très attentionné. Le seul bémol est sur la restauration le soir en libre service, où le choix ne correspond que peu à nos goûts, les anglais avaient l'air contents. Nous n'y avons mangé qu'une fois et par la suite avons exploré les restaurants environnants. Un super service client y compris le service des navettes pour le ski.

Highly recommend this hotel. We used it as a base for skiing and no complaints at all. Food (we did H/B) was very good, plenty of choice. The staff are superb, shout outs to the shuttle driver, the bar lady with blond hair & the restaurant staff.

Fuimos unos amigos a esquiar. Está ubicado a 1 km del telecabina pero disponen de un servicio transfer cada 10 minutos. TODO el personal del hotel es realmente encantador. Estuvimos en régimen de alojamiento y desayuno. La habitación bien y el desayuno completo.

Un hotel pequeña acogedor. Nuestra habitación era grande con vistas impresionante. El Desayuno y cena con calidad y variada. El personal súper bueno en la recepción, comedor bar Carmen y las limpiadoras. Hay transporte a las pistas gratis y nosotros caminamos al hotel por la tarde que son 10 minutos y bajando.

Llevamos muchos años viniendo a este Hotel. Seguimos repitiendo porque es muy familiar no es muy grande y cuida mucho los detalles. La cocina muy bien y está muy bien situado para la práctica del esquí dado que tienen un servicio te llevan desde el Hotel a la entrada del telecabina de Soldeu. Sin mencionar al personal que es muy cercano y muy flexible.

À éviter ! 4 étoiles qu’ils ne méritent pas ! Nous réservons une chambre avec un lit double nous nous retrouvons avec deux petits lits collé ! Le WC même pas nettoyer du caca encore dedans ! Des gouttes de pipi sur la cuvette accompagné de poils ! La réception nous fait changer de chambre pour une autre plus petite que notre 1er ! Dans cette salle de bains la faïence est toute cassé ! Nous parlons la d’un hôtel à quand même 4 étoiles avec des chambre aux prix assez élevé pour un services médiocre. Parking sous terrain à sens unique pour entrée comme sortir très petit et étroit bon courage si une voiture veut sortir quand vous rentrer ou vice versa ! Je vous déconseille cet hôtel
