"A hotel worth recommending in many ways. Good facilities, clean, good location and view. Breakfast was varied and very good. The only downside is that there isn't much parking space. If there is no free parking space, valet parking may be available for a fee."

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff couldn't be friendlier. The rooms are fantastic, spacious, and the family room is very comfortable for four. The breakfast is exquisite and the spa is incredible (though it does have limited hours for children!). Everything (the beginners' dance floor, the cocktails...) is meticulously cared for; a truly top-notch experience."

"Great location, 3 minutes walk to the funicular. There is storage space for skis. Polite staff. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. At the bar bartender makes delicious cocktails. Comfortable mattresse. Cleaning of the room is impeccable. Nice spa area. Recommended for ski lovers."

"One side of the curtains in a bedroom was not working, so we stayed partly in darkness. The view from the window is not good at all. If come on breakfast at 10.00 you won’t see everything that should be there (they stop serving/renew the food before 10am)."

"Loved this place - the setting is amazing yet still convenient to everything, and the rooms were great. THey're rustic, but yet in a great way. Very spacious, comfortable and well done. And the people there were amazing - so helpful, friendly, and incredibly welcoming. Breakfasts were great too as were snacks or drinks during the day if you needed anything. It's also super convenient to some great hiking and biking."

"There’s no way this hotel can be 4 star - where’s the hotel inspector? Very misled by the listing details - for example reference to spa & fitness centre - simply not true. The hot tubs & 3 pieces of equipment available to use for exercise at best could be described as domestic style/ home gym (but this is still stretching the truth). There is no food available out of the strict breakfast times & of an evening it’s frozen pizza reheated. At 4 star level it’s not unreasonable to expect high end breakfast options - not over ripe bananas taken out day after day & hot dog sausages cut up - please! The only Spa option was massage by local provider By Kalma on set days. Suite itself was ok save for the tiniest ensuite possible & kitchenette locked & only available at additional surcharge of 10€ daily… Shuttle bus availability also misleading - a small battered camper van available during 8am - 5pm (collection at agreed meeting points …) my disappointment matched with anger that this hotel can deceive the public like this. Charging for water another gross insult. Water & complimentary snacks are commonly available in hotels even with less star rating than this place. The owners should be ashamed of themselves, such cheapskates!"

"Hotel with an excellent location when you come to ski! At the foot of the gondola where there are also 2 ski equipment rental companies. In the heart of the village with access to shops, restaurants, pharmacy... The rooms are dated but comfortable and very clean (kudos to the maintenance staff). Good quality bedding. One problem: soundproofing and very noisy Spanish customers! The restaurant is excellent both for the very varied breakfast and for the dinners with multiple choices and very satisfactory quality (special mention to the chef). The restaurant's servers are extremely friendly, caring and dedicated: a great team! Well done !!! The welcome at the reception just as respectful and attentive, especially the gentleman. A plus for after ski evenings, the spacious lounge with fireplace, billiards, table football... To be done again without hesitation"
