Serras Andorra es un hotel increible, no solo por su infraestructura de primer nivel sino tambien por su gama y calidad en los servicios y por la atención de su personal. En su conjunto, fue una experiencia dificilmente igualable por la casi practica totalidad de los hoteles. - Infraestructura: decoración super cuidada, espacios comunes super amplios y agradables y la habitacion preciosa, cuidada hasta el ultimo detalle. - Servicios: todo lo que puedas necesitar o querer, lo tienes, el SPA, los tratamientos, el Kids Club para entretener a los peques (cine incluido), el bar 42 grados, el restaurante Bruna (excelente y un desayuno buenisimo y muy completo), el parking con plazas amplias... adicionalmente, tiene la pista de ski canaro tocando al hotel con multitud de ofertas para los skiadores grandes y pequeños. - Personal: extraordinario, su continua preocupacion y amabilidad por hacerte sentir como en casa es inigualable. Desde el momento que entramos en el hotel hasta que nos fuimos, el trato que recibimos fue de 11 sobre 10. No solo recomendaria este hotel a todo el mundo que esté valorando ir a Andorra sino que sin duda, sugeriria vivir la experiencia Serras Andorra

Es la tercera vez que nos alojamos en este hotel y cada vez que nos alojamos supera con creces nuestras expectativas. Cuidan cada detalle al milímetro, esta vez celebramos allí mi cumpleaños y he perdido la cuenta de todos los detalles que han tenido con con nosotros. Es un hotel precioso con unas instalaciones fantásticas y una exquisita restauración, pero sin lugar a dudas lo mejor de todo es el inmejorable trato de su director Carlos y de todo su equipo que consiguen que te sientas como en casa y con ganas de volver. Gracias por todo Hasta pronto !

Andorra An excellent hotel for a family holiday in the snow of Andorra. From the moment we arrived we were very well received and we felt cared for every day by the hotel staff. The architecture is very well chosen for a modern mountain climate. The facilities for children, in the kids club, in the pool and on the ski slope, are great. We went with our 3 year old son and in addition to having his first contact with snow, he had a lot of fun. The restaurants are very good. Breakfast is prepared with care for each guest. The ski structure, both on the hotel slope and in the rental of clothes, equipment and transfer to Soldeu worked very well. Lockers per apartment greatly facilitate logistics between the hotel and the slopes. Highly recommended and we would definitely repeat if we returned to Andorra

El hotel Serras es espectacular, las vistas son de postal. Muy lujoso con servicio de primera, el sitio perfecto para desconectar y disfrutar al máximo de la montaña! No podría haber pedido mejores vacaciones, me voy con muuuchas ganas de volver!!!

Nous venons de passer un très agréable séjour dans au Serras dont les prestations sont à la hauteur d'un 5 étoiles. Tout d'abord, tout le personnel (accueil, restauration, spa, chambre, ski-room) est adorable, souriant et dévoué. Les chambres sont agréables, la literie XXL de qualité avec un espace extérieur. Le bar est convivial avec un service de restauration divers et très qualitatif. Nous n'avons pas testé le gastro mais nous avons été à la fromagerie qui est très bien mais les prix un peu élevés à mon goût (nous avons notamment redemandé de la charcuterie pour la raclette et on nous en a rapporté sans problème ni supplément). Le SPA est très agréable, en libre accès et sans enfant après 17h. La salle de sport est bien équipée, il y en a pour tous les sportifs. A noter que l'hôtel n'est pas au pied des pistes pour ceux qui skient sur Soldeu mais une navette nous emmène et revient nous chercher au départ des télécabines. Nous n'avons jamais attendu plus de 5 minutes. Le seul bémol comme dans beaucoup trop d'hôtel, l'insonorisation des chambres/couloir mais nous n'avons subi aucun désagrément tardif ou matinal. Bref, je recommande sans aucun problème.

Hotel totalmente reformado con un gran encanto y con una pista de esqui para debutantes. Del hotel destaco su excelente trato, cuidan hasta el minimo detalle para que disfrutes de una estancia inolvidable, te hacen sentir como en casa. El hotel dispone de una PlayRoom para niños una sala totalmente equipada para que los niños disfruten jugando. Desde el mismo hotel puedes alquilar material de ski o guardar tu propio material ya que dispone de taquillas El restaurante es mas que un restaurante de hotel ofrece una carta excelente, dificil de recomendar un solo plato, buenos vinos y un gran servicio. Ofrecen una carta de cocteles opcion ideal como après-ski. El hotel es una buena opcion tanto como si buscas alojamiento o un buen sitio para disfrutar de una buena comida. Sin duda repetiremos porque el trato es inigualable.

Excellent hôtel pour passer les week-ends à Andorre. De la réception a l’hôtel, a l’amabilité du staff, la grande qualité des prestations et sans oublier le spa nous sommes ravis d’avoir choisi cet établissement. Nous sons séjourné une nuit et manges en terrasse le prix ne correspond pas au service attente de 25 minutes pour avoir un service le prix est le double de Andorra la Vella Il faut revoir vos prix ou votre service trop trop cher Je vais essayer de revenir afin de voir si cela a Évolué

Necesitan arreglar la información de parking, que no es gratis: se paga EUR 25 por día para aparcar el coche en hotel. Como 5 estrellas, esperaba un poco más también: no han limpiado las tazas, reemplazado café, ni jabón todos los días. Por precio y categoria, no fue como creía.
