Mattresses and bed frames were of the worse possible quality and confort, we all had difficulty falling and staying asleep.
Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good.

Me sorprendió la relación calidad precio, una habitación grande, con una pequeña salita , sofá y tele, con opción de cocina dentro de la misma estancia. El aparcamiento gratuito, que se podía ver desde la ventana de la habitación, desayuno incluido.

Si buscas un sitio tranquilo, con unas vistas preciosas, habitaciones grandes, limpias y soleadas y tranquilas. Un servicio atento y solucionando cualquier problema que tengas. Aparcamiento enfrente y sitio garantizado. Pequeño spa, con sauna y baño turco. Este es tu sitio. No está en el centro pero compensa con todo lo demás.

Fotos de la habitación que no son reales ponen que tienen spa y es solo una bañera y todo muy viejo la gente que crea ajá en el hotel poco amable y no te informan de nada solo te informan el último día de pagar la tasa turística el desayuno peor que cae tomado es malo malísimo

Hotel situado relativamente cerca del centro de Canillo. Habitación cómoda, con baño y pequeña salita con cocina. Posibilidad de encargar una pizza para comerla en la habitación. Desayuno bastante variado incluyendo bebidas vegetales (avena y soja) y algún producto especial para celiacos. Posibilidad de usar el spa, aunque al ser de uso compartido te encuentras teniendo que esperar a que salgan otras personas para poder disfrutarlo. Y con la presión de marcharte cuando hay otros clientes esperando. La ropa de cama está pensada para las noches frescas, así que a causa del calor de estas noches, sobraba la funda nórdica. Son los únicos puntos algo negativos. Por el resto, una estancia agradable. Muchas gracias al personal, todos muy amables.
