Una maravilla de hotel! Las instalaciones son espectaculares, disfrutamos de la habitación, restaurante y el spa. Lo hemos pasado muy bien con nuestros amigos! La situación es ideal para skiar en invierno y hacer excursiones en verano. Nosotros hicimos una ruta hasta las pistas de soldeu muy bonita.

Perfecto para escapada fuera de la temporada de esquí. Hay excursiones desde el hotel para ir a ver varios lagos, ríos, muy bonito! Otro día alquilamos bicicletas de montaña eléctricas en el hotel mismo y subimos hasta la cima, había vacas, fue precioso! La comida en el hotel es muy buena, desde platos más caseros a platos más elaborados, comimos cada día en el hotel! Volveremos antes de las nevadas!!

El mejor hotel que hemos visitado en mucho tiempo… Desde antes de la llegada al hotel el personal nos contactó para dejar todo preparado para la llegada. El momento del check in fue fantástico. Nos enseñaron todo el hotel y sus instalaciones y reservaron todas las actividades y restaurantes que queríamos para los días en Andorra. Cuentan con un montón de servicios personalizados y actividades que organiza el hotel personalmente. Nos gustaría haber podido probarlas todas. El personal del hotel no pudo ser más acogedor y agradable, son todos muy educados y atentos. Desde que entramos sentimos que ya éramos parte de la familia. Habitaciones limpias, espaciosas, con una decoración muy bonita y los mejores colchones en los que hemos dormido. Cenamos en el restaurante del hotel, Bruna, vistas a las pistas desde el restaurante. La comida buenísima, servicio impecable y las vistas a Grandvalira ya.... Increíbles! El hotel cuanta con pistas privadas de esquí, es una gozada porque no tienes ni que desplazarte del sitio. Un kids club con cine para los niños y una zona de aguas y spa es súper acogedora. Una experiencia buenísima. Estamos deseando volver a finales de año y disfrutar en familia de las instalaciones y el servicio que es de lo mejor visto. Felicidades a todos!

Es el hotel con el mejor servicio que hemos visitado. Personal súper atento, nos ayudaron con todo lo necesario y más. Las habitaciones muy bonitas y acogedoras, baños amplios y todo está impecable. Mi parte favorita fue el buffet del desayuno.. tienen de todo lo que te puedas imaginar y más. Una delicia! La terraza del bar tiene mucho encanto, nos tomamos un aperitivo y unos cócteles buenísimos! Cenamos en el restaurante Bruna y tanto el servicio como la comida nos dejó impactados. Un 10! Spa y gimnasio estupendo. Recomiendo mucho su uso. En resumen la estancia fue magnífica! Lo recomendaría al 100% sin ninguna duda! Enhorabuena!

Un hotel precioso y muy acogedor. El servicio al cliente por parte de todo el equipo fue excelente. Pudimos disfrutar del maravilloso Spa y también del restaurante, donde cenamos con amigos y todos quedamos encantados. Sin duda, repetiremos!
