Terrible maintenance for such a recent location. Walls dirty. Broken lamps. Extremely cheap and noisy washer and drier and dishwasher. Poor cooking ware. No cutting boards. No mixing bowls. Rooms are poorly conceived. Bed in the middle with restrained spacing. Excessive texting from 5 am remembering check out and repeating same message. Quite harassing.

We received noise complaints via text from the front desk at 11:30pm when everyone was sleeping at 10pm. If they actually checked out the building they would have realized it was not our building. Instead they woke us up to complain about noise that was not us and continued to do so.

I stayed in a 3-bedroom suite with my 4 year old daughter and a friend, and we had a blast! The suite is very spacious and clean, and the full-size kitchen has everything that you'd need to prepare meals. The beds are comfortable, and there are Rocky Mountain Soap Co. products in the showers, which is always nice! There is also a full-size in-suite laundry machine if you are staying for longer!

Love base camp resorts. very clean. There was a lot of room even in a micro suite for two. The Canmore resort is right right beside a train so it can be a little loud evert now and then. We didnt mind it at all. Its right beside the Bagle house so breakfast was super easy. Unless, you brought ingredients to cook. They have a fully equiped kitchen. The resort is also super close to downtown canmore. Its just a 10 to 15 minute walk. With beautfiul views of the mountain.
I would only say the biggest down side is the parking. It was pretty tight especially if you drive a truck or larger vehicle.
Regardless, will definitely book again.

I checked into my room to find a dirty room. It had been “cleaned” however the walls were dirty upon entering. The bed sheets were covered in hair. I pulled back the sheets and hair was all throughout. There was hair all over the bathroom, on the toilet paper and the shower was very dirty. I sent the front desk a text message and they did not reply. I called and they said they were sending housekeeping. They remade the bed and gave new towels. It was disappointing.
