"The stay was very pleasant, we especially appreciated the comfy bed and great puffed pillows! I am a sensitive sleeper so good pillows mean a lot. The shower pressure is quite strong, like a water massage, which was nice. The room was extremely clean and included all the necessities. The only thing I would be cautious about is the conditioning system, we turned it on and nearly froze. Could have been a user error, so if you’re not sure if you’re using it correctly, ask for help, otherwise you may wake up in a freezer."

"The appearance of the apartment is not new, but the interior decoration is very good and the facilities are complete. Electric fireplace adjustable. The waiter was also nice and cleaned up every day. Before leaving, I forgot to leave a tip, a little embarrassed. In short, I live very well. I feel that developed countries are just a penny and a lot of money. The children are very happy."

"We try to go to Canmore a few times a year and enjoy staying here. They have large pet friendly rooms available which feel like an amazing deal compared to other hotels. They provided pet beds and bowls for food/water. The kitchen has all you would need. Thank you and we will be back in 2026!!"

"I was a little nervous when I first pulled in but was instantly surprised. This little hidden gem was great for what I was needing. A safe, clean easily accessible place to stay. Though the carpet throughout is slightly dated the staff at check in and check out were polite and friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean (the floors, the bathroom and the beds). Very happy with my choice. A recommendation would be during your next renovation to remove the carpet and put in a hard type floor. a bigger go cup with liquid whitener for the to go coffee station would also be amazing. I look forward to my next stay."

"It was a pleasant stay I would say. Clean and cozy. Home-like atmosphere. The only thing I want to mention is that when we arrived at 4:30pm no one was there, no reception, no instructional signs… until 10 mins later, there was somebody coming out from a storage, she was very helpful and got us in the room instantly. One suggestion is that it’d be great to prepare 1 or 2 extra blankets for a group of more than 2."

"The room was great. The whole experience makes us felt like home, and we could definitely want to stay there for a long time if we can. The best place for families for sure. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!"

"How can the hotel mail not be received, so that it can not be checked in at night, but fortunately Trip.com actively coordinated and resolved. I can understand that the hotel is unattended, but obviously it is over if you can't contact it in the email communication. The room is still ok. The brand can be, it is very good to live in Grizzly Town, but obviously Canmore's hotels are not good at this brand."

"The room is small but very comfortable. Although it is a public toilet, shower, kitchen, everyone is very clean and tidy. The guests staying in the store are also very quiet. The Hostel is halfway up the mountain and the scenery is particularly beautiful, which is very suitable for self-driving tours. It is a 5-minute drive from Canmore Town. It is20-30 minutes from Banff."

"The view from the room and hallway was spectacular. The staff was friendly, polite, and accommodating. He answered all our questions with big smiles and helped us with all our needs. The room is big. A door separates the bedroom and dining room. The dining room has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and tiny sink. A fireplace too inside the room The whirlpool outside was a bonus and felt relaxed while enjoying the fresh, cool air after a long day of driving and walking. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and had a very good night sleep. Won't hesitate to book here again."

"It's clean and nice. There are reviews saying it's noisy, but I was tired from traveling so I fell asleep right away and it was quiet. I recommend it. It's the best accommodation."
