Canmore Inn & Suites ★★★
"The room was spacious and comfortable, allowing for a relaxing stay. The location was perfect; there's a large supermarket right after crossing the railway crossing at the edge of the hotel's property, which was very convenient for shopping. The Roam bus stop for Banff was also only about a ten-minute walk away. The hotel staff, including the front desk, were all very friendly and helpful. It was a bit disappointing that the building felt a little old, but other than that, I had very few complaints. The Wi-Fi connected without any issues, and there were plenty of TV channels to enjoy movies. The view was also quite beautiful, and because it was so quiet, I actually preferred it to hotels in Banff."
Party Hostel- Canmore Hotel Hostel ★
"Canmore is a beautiful, small town, often seen as a great stopover or base for visiting Banff, which is only about a 20-minute drive away. The hostel is centrally located. There's no traditional front desk; all check-in instructions and information are sent via email, which is perfectly fine for experienced travelers. The interior was very clean, and it had all the essential facilities you'd expect from a hostel: communal bathrooms, a kitchen, and a laundry room. I felt completely safe during my stay. Given the high hotel prices in Banff during the summer, this place truly offers unbeatable value for money."
Lamphouse by Basecamp ★★★
"Location: Excellent location, close to shops and restaurants, etc. and easy to get out of town quickly. Cleanliness: Good overall, but hair in the bathroom, especially shower. Service: There is no hospitality service here, only (attempted) automated provision of a room - which is fine if customers are made aware of this when booking. I booked a couple of days before we stayed. The day of, I received 9 different emails. This included changes to room numbers and door codes. There is no option to check in at the desk on arrival. When we arrived the door code provided in the most recent email didn't work. The email said if there is a problem to go to the front desk in the Electric Wolf Cafe. I looked this up on Google (I am from out of town, had data access but not phone calls) and walked around looking for the Electric Wolf Cafe. After no luck, I popped into a place next door called something else to ask and the girl said that the Electric Wolf Cafe is closed but this was in fact the front desk for the hotel... She was surprised that the emails that I received that day mentioned a closed cafe and asked me to screenshot this and send it to her? I just wanted a correct door code for the room, which she provided. . Facilities: I asked about the hot tub, which she said was closed for renovations. When I mentioned that this was not shared when booking the hotel she said we could use the hot tub at a sister hotel. The primary reason for booking this hotel was because it is conveniently located downtown - we weren't going to get into the car to go get into a hot tub at a different hotel. So there wasn't any facilities beyond the room and a soda machine. No lobby. Parking is available and convenient."
Northwinds Hotel Canmore ★★★
"Hotel is nice , clean and new. The bed is somuch comfortable like i dont wamt toleave the bed. The room has good space. The view also crazy stunning."
Chateau Canmore ★★★
"A very affordable but very nice hotel that’s close to Banff and walking distance to almost everything! Mt Rundle is just behind the hotel offering a majestic mountain view from our room! Staff were friendly and helpful, the room is clean, and the beds were comfortable. Will definitely book again when we come back to visit Banff!"
Rundle Chalets ★★★
"The facilities are old and the only advantage is the convenient parking. The rest need to be improved."
Basecamp Resorts Canmore ★★★
"This was our second time in this hotel, It is a no brainer not to book on this hotel as the rooms are super spacious and the location is very near with the best restaurants and coffeeshops Canmore can offer The hotel also provides designated parking spots, There is an assurance that you would be able to park your car in their property during your stay"
Rocky Mountain Ski Lodge ★★
"We stayed for 4 nights. The lodge is perfect from Canmore, 19min stroll. 5 mins walk to the supermarket. We had a good room on the ground, not too noisy, good night's sleep. We had a microwave and fridge, staff loaned us some plates and cutlery, so we made use of the BBQ on 2 nights. They have an excellent laundry room, only $1.5 for each washing machine and dryer. The staff were so helpful, utter delight. Grounds staff make sure the lodge looks its best. Would stay again."
Falcon Crest Lodge by Clique ★★★
"Very suitable for family outings. New facilities. Kitchen equipment is very useful. Will patronize again."

"It's too expensive during peak season. Despite the high price, even basic water and breakfast aren't provided. It might be better to find a better place to stay in Calgary."
Solara Resort by Bellstar Hotels
"The hotel is generally good and suitable for family travel. The room is equipped with a full set of kitchen utensils and dining utensils, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. However, the elevator was broken when we checked in, so we had to climb the stairs with our luggage."

Copperstone Resort
"The room is perfect for families as it’s spacious. The one we stayed in can accommodate up to six people, making it a great option for larger groups. Although it’s not located right in downtown Canmore, it’s only a short drive away. Our room also had a kitchen, which is perfect if you prefer to cook your own meals. Basic cooking utensils, such as pans, are provided, although some of them are a little worn and could be updated. The room itself is a little dated, and some of the chairs had damaged surfaces. It would also be better if the reception opened earlier, as it was still closed when we wanted to speak to someone at 8:15 a.m. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here."
