Amazing
GGuest UserThe room was great. The whole experience makes us felt like home, and we could definitely want to stay there for a long time if we can. The best place for families for sure. The amenities were great, and the one bedroom even have two toilets. Because I booked through trip.com, somehow the hotel has issues with my payment/authorisation. But, they have definitely communicated with me very promptly prior to the visit and everything went well. Highly recommend!!!
XXiaoguaibaobeiyingyingjoviService: Enthusiastic and patient. The one-bedroom suite we booked was upgraded to a two-bedroom suite, but it was a pity that one room was wasted. It is very close to the town of Banff, and it is very convenient to drive to the attractions. Facilities: kitchen, dining room, living room, guest bathroom, master bedroom suite, balcony. The hotel is generally great. There is a kitchen where you can go to the supermarket to buy things and cook by yourself. Pots, pans, knives and forks, salt and pepper, dishwasher, washing are all available. There is an outdoor swimming pool. I only stayed there for one bowl. It’s a pity that I didn’t experience it. I will choose this place next time. Highly recommended
GGuest UserGreat location, close to Tim Hortons, McDonalds, gas station, grocery site etc. Close to highway. Great views. Service at checkin very good, helpful and friendly. Fantastic pool area that my child loved. Good room amenities. Breakfast ok, we’ve had much better during our trip. Very noisy due to rooms having hard floors. Walls thin as could hear voices everywhere, lots of child noise. WiFi signal was terrible and was constantly dropping out. Would stay again for the great location.
GGuest UserSome rooms are not soundproof, and the room is separated from the others by a door? ? ? The voice of the next door is very clear. I felt unsatisfied when I checked in for the first time. I will not choose this hotel next time; there is parking lot.
FForMe725Really great value hotel, located on the edge of Canmore Town, next to the high-speed, gas station fast food restaurants, it is very convenient to go to the town 3.5 minutes to the town center, the room is large, the supplies are many, you can see that it is very careful, than several international chain hotels along the way. Much better. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, washing machine dryer, disadvantages have a bathroom with shower, the water temperature is not very hot, enough. The point is: with a basement, very good, give the garage password after check-in.
IInfamousRPGWe try to go to Canmore a few times a year and enjoy staying here. They have large pet friendly rooms available which feel like an amazing deal compared to other hotels. They provided pet beds and bowls for food/water. The kitchen has all you would need. Thank you and we will be back in 2026!!
HHXIThe location of the hotel is great — not too far from downtown. It’s walkable, but driving is definitely faster.
The place is clean, and the service is excellent.
Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free.
The hotel’s restaurant-bar serves delicious food at reasonable prices.
I’ll definitely stay here again.
GgtheexplorerThe view from the room and hallway was spectacular. The staff was friendly, polite, and accommodating. He answered all our questions with big smiles and helped us with all our needs.
The room is big. A door separates the bedroom and dining room. The dining room has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and tiny sink. A fireplace too inside the room
The whirlpool outside was a bonus and felt relaxed while enjoying the fresh, cool air after a long day of driving and walking. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and had a very good night sleep.
Won't hesitate to book here again.
GGuest UserThe outside of building is quite run down. Parking is not always granted to guests as it fills up quickly.
I kept smelling food coming through the vents. The rooms are old with 70s flooring and old plumbing. It shouldn't be costing $95 for here for a 2 queen room. What what it is, I wouldn't felt okay paying $50 to stay.
LLeixiaI booked a two-bedroom hotel room three months ago for 1,100 Canadian dollars for two days. My friend booked it a few days before his arrival and wanted to upgrade to a suite like mine, so he added 80 Canadian dollars a day, which means the total price is 520+160=680 Canadian dollars for two days. So 1. Don't book in advance 2. Book the cheapest one and upgrade it to a good room after you go to the front desk
