The resort was clean, spacious, and convenient driving distance to Banff and all activities we wanted to experience. Highly recommend as a lower cost of stay if you don't mind driving the extra 10 - 40 minutes to activities offered in the area. Canmore is just an 8 min drive and just as nice as Banff with great food and people.

Brought my queen here for a weekend of relaxation and it was amazing. Property was very modern and clean. Location was just a short trip to Canmore. Staff was very polite and helpful. Front desk was welcoming and helpful. We will be back.

Have all the amenities and are cleaned as you'd expect. Despite the location not being ideal, we had all we needed. The gentleman at the front desk was welcoming and helpful. The hot tub was a plus. The one bedroom apartment was quiet and comfortable. I removed a star because of the very limiting cancelation policy and the location.

The resort was very noisy. There was kids in the halls screaming, dogs barking, and lots of banging from the rooms below and across.

Pros - large room, good water pressure, close to Canmore Cons - no landline phones in the rooms, but also no USB outlets to charge your phone; lamps on tables nearly impossible to turn on/off; no luggage stand for my suitcase, so I had to drag a kitchen chair into the bedroom to put my suitcase on; the pull out bed was broken (one of the brackets had come off); only one facecloth left for us to use; the view of the mountains was blocked by construction trailers across the street; was woken up at 6 am by the sound of people on the floor above walking around and their doors being slammed; but the worst part of the whole experience was that there was no staff at the front desk to bring these concerns to
