The room is slightly small, well-equipped, clean and hygienic! Easy to access, the scenery outside is very good from the small balcony, you can see the sunshine of Jinshan Mountain! I will choose this hotel first when I come to Canmore next time!

Bathroom is smelly. Facilities are old. Breakfast is cheap at Five Canadian Dollars but no eggs nor meats. You should not expect much for such a budget price. Will be perfect if front desk staff can have more knowledge on choices of sightseeing activities.

Nice view of the mountains; clean and inviting with gas fireplace in room. The wine and cheese cocktail hour was a lovely addition.

In April, 2024, my sister (from Ontario) and I stayed in a one-bedroom suite which was spacious, very clean, comfortable and quiet. Ample kitchen amenities made it possible to enjoy meals in the suite. We appreciated the use of their bicycles (which required a deposit) and the sauna was equipped with fresh, cold drinking water. A game of checkers in the massive lounge with beautiful views of the mountains was enjoyable too. A five minute drive from CRMI is the Bow River Loop hiking trail with lovely views of the mountains. Employees Carlos, Mariah, Giselle and others were so pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend Canmore Rocky Mountain Inn for an excellent stay.

Had noisy neighbors the second night but overall was pretty quiet. Beds were ok (for softness/firmness). Breakfasts to go for $5 was excellent. Coffee/tea/hot chocolate and water always handy. Great lobby to hang out in and play games. Great front staff!

A lovely warm welcome by Andrea gave our holiday the perfect start. Everyone couldn't have been more courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We'll be back!

Lobby area beautiful and cozy. Fireplace was lit in the morning. Lots of sitting area and games. Morning coffee/hot chocolate with fruit was a nice touch along with the $5 breakfast takeout option.
The family room was nice and big. Only downfall was small bathroom.
