The hotel is clean and nice. I was a little confused about how to use the parking lot because it was different from Korea, but I was able to fully understand if I checked in at the front desk. It is very convenient as it is an underground parking lot.

The unit we had should be updated: bare minimum number of mugs provided for 4 people, hangers provided seemed like second thought, blanket provided for the sofa bed was insufficient for the winter weather (even with 3 layers it was still too thin), sofa bed mattress needs to be replaced (worn out mattress and you can feel the springs), towels provided upon check in were insufficient for 4 people.

Since we live in south Florida, every couple of years we plan a true winter vacation. This one did not disappoint! The Lodges at Canmore were the perfect place to stay. Great location, great staff! The enclosed parking garage was a life saver in the minus 30 degree weather. We will definitely stay there again

It was-40C during our weekend so there was not much for activities outside but the room was nice and the fireplace was very handy during the cold days. Hopefully next visit will be better weather for activities.

Multistorey with views to the mountains. Would stay here again and spend more time exploring canmore and surrounding areas.

The rooms was not clean, something splattered all over walls. Hotel was freezing when in halls.

We went for a mini vacation 3 days to enjoy the fresh air of the Rockies .. the Lodges is a great place to stay since it's easy to get to ..easy to travel to Banff .. the units are spacious and well stocked ... beds are comfortable... I love staying here
