Please avoid this apartment,the photos of the complex are totally misleading. The complex is far from a holiday complex ,it’s a social housing complex .It’s Like a prison , with gates everywhere requiring a fob. There are 3 security guards on the gate 24 hours a day as there are frequent anti social disturbances which required police intervention on at least 3 occasions.It’s in a very seedy area of Cannes on the outskirts with gangs on corners smoking *********, we felt very unsafe.The apartment was clean and well equipped, but the complex it’s on is dirty , poorly maintained , scruffy and very tired requiring complete refurbishment, preferably knocking down.We managed to survive the holiday by staying out of this dreadful complex . The bus and train stops were good but that’s all this accommodation has going for it. Worst holiday experience ever, very expensive, total rip off, please avoid!
