Hôtel L'Estérel - Cannes
"It's close to the train station, the facilities are basic, similar to a hotel in China, but there are many restaurants downstairs, so you won't have trouble finding a place to eat. Luggage can be stored in a luggage room; its main advantage is its location."
Splendid Hotel Cannes
"Good and nice"
Chanteclair
"Around 10 minutes walk from Cannes train station. Near attractions in the harbour and old town. Breakfast is 9 euro, is a set. Shower and basin is in the room, the toilet is shared per floor. The owner is very very nice!"
B&B Hotel Cannes la Bocca Plage
"Nice hotel, quite well located, close to the beach and within walking distance. However, you'll find yourself getting around more by car than on foot, as the area isn't very well-suited to public transport. It's very quiet. The staff is quite friendly, the hotel is quiet, and the room is cleaned daily. However, for the bathroom, it would be great to have a double shower head to prevent the water from overflowing 😊 Breakfast is adequate, with both sweet and savory options, but everything is pre-packaged, including the scrambled eggs, which are reheated packets. It would be nice to have something to warm or toast the bread so it's less chewy, since it's not fresh. Overall, quite decent, I recommend it for a stay in the area 😊"
Eden Hôtel & Spa
"I had an unpleasant experience at the hotel. My room consisted of two rooms. I asked the receptionist if there would be any problems, and if I could go from my room to the other room, as the doors were unlocked. I had shopping and personal matters there. The receptionist said, "Everything will be fine." I returned to my room, and the door to my room opened without knocking, and a man's head appeared. I was getting ready to take a shower and take off my clothes. I was really angry at the hotel staff, but they simply closed the door; they didn't care about my stress. The service was fine, it was clean! But I'm giving low ratings because of this situation."
Hotel Albert 1er

Hôtel Mercure Cannes Mandelieu
"I have enjoyed my stay in this hotel very much. I have received a very nice room. Staff was very helpful. Breakfast & dinner were very good. The location was ideal for me, but may be not best for everybody being in an industrial area."
Cézanne Hôtel Spa
"Very nice hotel, big room, very clean, good breakfast, great service. Location is good too, 10 minutes walking distance from the beach. Many restaurants and shops around. Highly recommend"
Hotel Verlaine
"The hotel is in a great location, about a 10-minute walk to Carlton Beach. The rooms are small and the price is quite high during peak season, so it's not really worth it, but it's still a good choice."
Hotel Renoir
"AVOID. Paid for 6 nights. Lied to. Moved 3 times. Left with no room. Chargeback initiated. I booked a Prestige room with TWO single beds for 6 nights. I slept in THREE different rooms and was forced to check out ONE DAY EARLY. This is what happened: 🔴 NIGHT 3 — INCOMPETENCE: Moved to a room with ONE bed. Nobody checked before moving us. I had to go to reception at 10 PM on my holiday to fix a problem created entirely by this hotel. 🔴 THE SUITE WAS A LIE: The suite was not an upgrade. It was the only room with two beds available. Staff had no other choice. They then PROMISED us we could stay until check-out. That promise was made while knowing the suite was already reserved for another guest weeks in advance. They lied to our faces to avoid dealing with the problem that evening. 🔴 NIGHT 5 — ANOTHER BLOW: Returned to our room at 8 PM to find a letter under the door. No call. No knock. No explanation. No apology. Just a note telling us to move again. Evening and final night completely ruined. 🔴 FINAL MORNING — NO ROOM: Arrived at 9:30 AM to collect the key to our new room. Was told it was still occupied by another guest. The hotel sent us a letter to move there KNOWING the room was taken. Left standing at reception with all our luggage. No apology. No solution. I had to ask myself if we could leave our bags. 🔴 OTHER GUESTS AFFECTED TOO: I was informed during my stay that other guests experienced the same room change chaos. This is not a one-off. This is how this hotel operates. 🔴 HOTEL REFUSED REFUND: When I complained formally, the hotel called the suite an “upgrade” — the same suite they knowingly took back from us. Trip.com offered 300 PLN in coins as compensation for 4 nights of disruption. I rejected it. I paid for a relaxing holiday in Cannes. I got stress, lies, and three sets of packing and unpacking. I checked out a day early because staying became unbearable. Hotel Renoir refused to take any responsibility and refused any refund after completely failing to deliver the accommodation I paid for. This hotel is not 4 stars. It is not honest. Do not give them your money."
Hôtel & Spa Belle Plage
"Very well located with great amenities. Magnificent view from the rooftop. The rooms are a bit small, which is a shame."
Hôtel Barrière le Majestic Cannes
"Perfect hotel , excellent location and great staff"
Hôtel Martinez - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt
"Everything was ok except our air conditioning didnt work after technician came to fix it started making ticking sound… ruined our night sleep they gave us an extra room to sleep in so we dont have to move our things in the middle of the night…. After we came back to our old room in the morning the ac was off again not functioning… also the bathroom was extremely small you have to walk on your side to get in"
JW Marriott Cannes
"Very convenient to the venue, breakfast is quite good, stay here every year."
Hollywood Hotel Cannes
"This isn't my first time staying at this hotel. I find the location very convenient, quiet, clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good breakfast. Definitely one of my favorites in Cannes."
Residhotel Villa Maupassant
"Nice hotel"
Best Western Hôtel des Orangers Cannes
"Hidden in the heart of old Cannes, Best Western Hôtel des Orangers Cannes feels like a little Mediterranean love letter. Between the sunlit terrace breakfasts, the peaceful garden, and sea-view rooms that glow at sunset, every corner whispers romance. Just a short stroll from La Croisette, yet wrapped in calm, it’s the kind of place where time slows down and evenings taste like wine, salt air, and stolen kisses. 🌺✨"
Mob Hotel Cannes
"Very nice hotel. spacious rooms and friendly staff. The location is walking distance from the city center, about 15 min walking. There is also a bus that takes you to the main station in a couple of minutes. The hotel is very dog friendly, and no additional charges are applied. Parking can be found on the street or if it's full in the parking garage. All in all we stayed with lots of pleasure in the Mob hotel!"
