"Very quaint and nice hotel that is convenient to find even when located in the middle of Cannes's old town with narrow streets. Simple check in and out process and the owner also concisely explains which key unlocks which door etc. Only issue is that the toilet is a shared one and not located in the room and there is no air-con so you can get awoken by cars sometimes. Other than that, this is one of the cheaper options for accommodations in Cannes and nonetheless it is a comfortable room with a private shower."

"A very pleasant stay, peaceful and close to the city center. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, meeting our expectations. Located on a quiet street, about a 20-30 minute walk from the center, it offers a good balance between tranquility and accessibility. The welcome was excellent: we were warmly received and were even able to access our room at 11:00 AM, whereas we had only planned to drop off our luggage and return around 3:00 PM. A real bonus after our journey! The room was clean, the bedding comfortable, and the staff attentive. The only slight drawback: the breakfast was a bit pricey considering what was on offer. Overall, an excellent place to stay for a relaxing visit to the city, with attentive service and a peaceful setting. Strengths: welcome, cleanliness, quietness, bedding, staff. Areas for improvement: breakfast price."

"It's incredible the way they just left two women on the street who were late for check-in, something they had already notified the hotel about, yet when they arrived their room was no longer there, and they just so calmly left them on the street, in a place where they didn't know anyone, their phones almost out of battery, desperate. From here, Tenerife, Spain, we had to find a place for them, something these people from the hotel didn't do, they didn't even try. It's lucky for them that nothing bad happened to our friends, it's a disgrace."
