3-Star Hotels in Cannes

It is the city center, very close to the sea, the waiter is very warm, if you don’t have much luggage from the station, you can walk to it. In general, it is a good value for money hotel.

I don't think you can want more! The hotel was recently renovated with a tasteful view of the cotes. Two steps from the center but outside the chaos of the main walks. Comfortable and cheap parking(I advise you) and very good breakfast (I recommend you!) The staff's welcome and gentleness are the true added value! I have come to Cannes many times and I hope I can soon come back to this beautiful little hotel! Thank you all again!

The hotel has a perfect location in the very center. It is very clean, the bed is comfortable to sleep, it's also calm from outside. The staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it! Thank you. Hopefully, I will come back.

Kimi Résidence has free parking and it meets basic needs. We stayed in the ground floor room with small kitchen - stove microwave and toaster The bathroom doorknob was loose and the main door was hard to open with a key. The room decor was very cozy and the beds were comfy.

La posizione centralissima. Molto comoda e disponibilità delle persone alla reception. Consiglio camera con affaccio esterno.

Staff are kind enough to give me a bigger room. You need to bring your personal commodities because 🏨 only provides a bittle of soup in the 🚽. Hotel is only a min 🚶 from Cannes 🚄 station. Rooms can be noisy if they face the street where the bars are.

I had a truly wonderful experience — everything from the moment I arrived to the moment I left exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a warm smile, which made the entire stay feel even more welcoming. The location itself was ideal — conveniently situated close to everything I needed, whether it was restaurants, shops, or public transportation. It offered both comfort and convenience, making it a perfect choice for anyone visiting the area. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!

Обслуживание было хорошим, меня заселили с утра и с этим не было никаких проблем, отличное состояние номера - единственное не хватило чайника, ванная комната в хорошем состоянии - есть ванна

It is not the first time I stay in this hotel. For me the location is very comfortable, a quiet place, clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Surely one of my favorites in Cannes

Super stay, place in the centre of Cannes near the station and the beach
