MM250729****The hotel was set in the afternoon, near the airport, and the room with the inner window was set. When I checked in, the young lady said that we could upgrade the inner window. The result was all booked 😅, and we sent us a breakfast coupon later. There are jujubes and walnuts at the front desk. There is an episode behind. After checking in, I accidentally found that there is an Aksu consumption coupon. The hotel price is not fragrant. I followed Trip.com feedback and gave a little compensation. The hotel feedback said that it was because I had already checked in and I couldn’t refund the order and place the order again. Later, we gave us a late check-out. It is also a perfect solution. I forgot to take the photo of the room, and I took it when I was laundry. The laundry room was still powerful.

Newly renovated hotel, equipment and facilities are new; room space is large, free drinks are provided every day. Breakfast is Chinese, there are many dishes and tastes good. The front desk service is not bad, check-in and check-out are fast, polite, and guests will say hello. The hotel has an underground parking lot, many parking spaces, reasonable planning, clear marking, the only suggestion: on the way to the elevator, there are several uneven thresholds, which are not friendly to the guests who drag their luggage, and it is easy to make people accidentally fall. It is recommended to improve!

XXiaochongThe hotel overall is pretty good. It was a bit chaotic when checking in. After waiting for a long time, you were still standing there after all the previous things were done. No one cared about you. The security guard is very enthusiastic and responsible. I was given a small fruit plate when I checked in. The corners of the shower room were not clean. There are plenty of parking spaces, but the distance between cars is a bit tight. When you come to Aksu, you can learn more at the regional museum and eat and have fun at the night market, which is very lively. It’s not easy to take a taxi, but Didi is available

GGuest UserI arrived at 12 o'clock in the evening. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. Because of the mistakes of other hotels in the front, I encountered a small trouble when I checked in. Although the alarm was dealt with, it was solved smoothly in the back. The front desk has been helping us communicate, but I don’t think it’s necessary to go to the alarm. One step, The front desk said that I couldn't get through the hotel phone. In fact, I told me which place their phone area code was. I knew which hotels it was. I could contact the previous hotel.
Regarding the room problem, the first room shower did not have hot water, and the water was cold on the body. Then I went to the second room. The water temperature was the same. It was normal to go to the third room. The TV remote control in the third room was out of power. I saw that the battery had been deformed and soft, so I couldn’t see the TV.
