MM250729****The hotel was set in the afternoon, near the airport, and the room with the inner window was set. When I checked in, the young lady said that we could upgrade the inner window. The result was all booked 😅, and we sent us a breakfast coupon later. There are jujubes and walnuts at the front desk. There is an episode behind. After checking in, I accidentally found that there is an Aksu consumption coupon. The hotel price is not fragrant. I followed Trip.com feedback and gave a little compensation. The hotel feedback said that it was because I had already checked in and I couldn’t refund the order and place the order again. Later, we gave us a late check-out. It is also a perfect solution. I forgot to take the photo of the room, and I took it when I was laundry. The laundry room was still powerful.

SSuperAnn28The room was nice, clean and spacious enough. At first the TV didn't work, the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent someone to fix it. The breakfast was also very good and rich. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡

Although the room is large, when I came back at night after going out on the day of check-in, the toilet/bathroom overflowed with the smell of sewerage. After one night, the smell became even stronger! After checking the past reviews on the booking platform again, it turns out that guests pointed out the same problem in the first half of last year (and the same comments appeared again in the first half of this year). At that time, the hotel replied that they would carry out repairs, but the problem still exists! The room I was given was not upgraded but downgraded. Did the front desk clerk never know that the room would smell bad? Very disappointed.

GGuest UserI arrived at 12 o'clock in the evening. The front desk lady was very enthusiastic. Because of the mistakes of other hotels in the front, I encountered a small trouble when I checked in. Although the alarm was dealt with, it was solved smoothly in the back. The front desk has been helping us communicate, but I don’t think it’s necessary to go to the alarm. One step, The front desk said that I couldn't get through the hotel phone. In fact, I told me which place their phone area code was. I knew which hotels it was. I could contact the previous hotel.
Regarding the room problem, the first room shower did not have hot water, and the water was cold on the body. Then I went to the second room. The water temperature was the same. It was normal to go to the third room. The TV remote control in the third room was out of power. I saw that the battery had been deformed and soft, so I couldn’t see the TV.
