The hotel facilities are very intimate, there is a free laundry room and free parking, which is particularly convenient for people who travel. The security guard was very enthusiastic and saw that we took the initiative to help with our luggage. The attitude was gentle and responsible. The front desk staff is attentive, the check-in efficiency is high, the whole process is patiently answering questions, and the attitude is kind. The room is clean and tidy, the environment is quiet and comfortable, the overall details are in place, the price is super high, I will choose here next time, highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. The surrounding area boasts a full range of shopping districts and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient whether you're rushing around or looking for food. The lobby continues All Seasons' consistent minimalist Eastern aesthetic, with wood-toned decor and soft lighting. A subtle aromatherapy scent greets you upon entering, instantly dispelling travel fatigue. The front desk thoughtfully provides complimentary tea, and check-in is quick. The staff are gentle and professional, even proactively reminding you of breakfast times and elevator locations – attention to detail is paramount.
The room was spotless and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. Walking barefoot on the floor felt completely safe. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress was perfectly firm, and the pillows were comfortable. Combined with excellent soundproofing, I could barely hear any outside noise at night, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom features a well-designed wet and dry separation, with ample and stable hot water. The toiletries have a familiar herbal scent, which is reassuring. The room is also well-equipped, with convenient smart voice control for the air conditioning and curtains. The tea set allows guests to enjoy a hot cup of tea during their trip, creating a pleasant atmosphere.
The breakfast selection is plentiful and clean, including hot porridge, steamed pastries, whole grains, and fruit, all kept at the perfect temperature – a simple bite is all it takes to start your day with energy. The hotel's 24-hour laundry room and gym are also very practical. The laundry room even allows you to check the machine's status via TV, which is incredibly convenient for long-distance travelers. Upon check-out, the front desk even gave us a small gift and thoughtfully asked if we needed any bottled water, further enhancing our positive experience.
Overall, the cleanliness, service, and facilities at Ji Hotel maintained a consistently high standard throughout the trip. AAnonymous UserVery satisfied with the trip to Xinjiang, all the way from Urumqi to Kashgar and then back. I passed by Aksu and saw that there was a Populus euphratica season. I chose this starway hotel and set a parent-child room. It was a surprise. First of all, the space was very large and there was a small refrigerator and a tent inside. The child especially likes it because it is the little boy. The front desk manager specially arranged the blue theme and sent us up. There are robots to deliver things. The children are particularly surprised. The breakfast is a surprise for me. There are various breakfasts of Chinese and Western styles. Soy milk can be drunk and cooked. The big sister who cooked noodles was also amiable. After checking out, the front desk also presented a beautiful small gift. I highly recommend this hotel. The human touch is full. The stay experience is very good. 🎉 Recommended

GGuest UserService: Checked in on New Year's Eve. As soon as we walked to the hotel entrance, the Uyghur security brother and the aunt with a Henan accent came down to help us with the suitcases. The front desk staff all wore red scarves and wished us a happy new year, which felt very cordial. We were originally planning to stay for nine nights, but had to leave for a few days due to some urgent matters. It was the beautiful front desk lady Wang Yunxia who helped us negotiate the refund with the hotel booking platform, and it was resolved smoothly in the end. I brought some New Year's goods that needed to be refrigerated and the handsome guy at the front desk helped me take them to the restaurant, refrigerated them and marked them. The breakfast is also good. The staff will proudly say that the flower rolls and steamed buns are all made by themselves, and there is freshly ground coffee. The front desk service is very flexible and personal. Facilities: The laundry room has the same LG commercial washing and drying set as Huazhu Club, which is very convenient. It is recommended to put some sticky notes and pens next to it and clean the dryer filter regularly. The room provides wet wipes for cleaning the toilet, so you don't have to wrap the toilet seat with napkins anymore. The room has a wardrobe which allows you to hang more clothes than an open hanging area. The window in the room is a little small, the toilet flush is a little weak, but everything else is good. I wish 2025 will be better and better!

SSuperAnn28The room was nice, clean and spacious enough. At first the TV didn't work, the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent someone to fix it. The breakfast was also very good and rich. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡
