XXiaoyanggezailushangThis was the most comfortable hotel I stayed at during my trip, more comfortable than other Hilton hotels I've stayed at.
Facilities: The facilities are excellent, and most importantly, it has a fresh air system, so even in windy conditions, the air quality is great. Even with the windows closed, the room air is excellent.
Cleanliness: The cleanliness is impeccable; it's clear that the hotel is regularly inspected, and the cabinets are spotless.
Environment: The environment is very nice, and parking is extremely convenient; there's parking right in front of the hotel.
Service: The service is warm and welcoming. The receptionist greeted me with a smile as soon as I entered the hotel, making me feel very comfortable.
Most importantly, they were very thoughtful. Xinjiang food is oily and can easily cause constipation, so the hotel provided honey โ the first time I've encountered this in all my years of hotel stays. They also provided yogurt and fruit in the evening โ such a thoughtful touch! The breakfast was also delicious, especially the freshly cooked noodles โ I ate two bowls! Highly recommended.

AAnonymous UserVery satisfied with the trip to Xinjiang, all the way from Urumqi to Kashgar and then back. I passed by Aksu and saw that there was a Populus euphratica season. I chose this starway hotel and set a parent-child room. It was a surprise. First of all, the space was very large and there was a small refrigerator and a tent inside. The child especially likes it because it is the little boy. The front desk manager specially arranged the blue theme and sent us up. There are robots to deliver things. The children are particularly surprised. The breakfast is a surprise for me. There are various breakfasts of Chinese and Western styles. Soy milk can be drunk and cooked. The big sister who cooked noodles was also amiable. After checking out, the front desk also presented a beautiful small gift. I highly recommend this hotel. The human touch is full.
