The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the bedding was comfortable and the sleep was very stable. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out speed is fast, the location is convenient, and it is very convenient to travel and eat. The overall experience is very good, cost-effective, will choose to stay next time, recommend it to everyone. The hotel is quiet, the health is in place, the service attitude is good, the room lighting and ventilation are good. High cost performance, very satisfied with travel accommodation, worth pushing

PROS: the hotel was new, the breakfast was better than the other Home Inns we’ve been to. CONS: I booked 2 rooms: one with a king bed, one with 2 double beds. The king bed was maybe $1-2 USD cheaper, I assumed because they didn’t need to wash an extra set of bedsheets. But it was actually significantly smaller than the room with 2 double beds. Like half the size. If I knew they were going to give me such a small room, I wouldn’t have booked it. Generally we had a very pleasant and satisfied stay, but would suggest for management to keep a tighter eye on floor cleanliness in rooms. Also we had to wait a little bit for our room to be ready even though we arrived past 5pm.

The room is big! The bedding is absolutely perfect! Super super comfortable. The whole house is small and super convenient. Very new, very clean and super comfortable. The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home! The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! I will live next time I come back! That's right! And robots deliver takeaways

The ladies were very welcoming. The kids also liked it very much. They asked to stay for another day. However, they had to continue going north. They chose to stay at the Seasons Hotel all the way. Great travel package. Breakfast was also great.

The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the train station, making it extremely convenient for travelers with luggage catching early trains or arriving late. Although the hotel is right next to the transportation hub, the windows are surprisingly soundproof; with the windows closed, you can't hear any outside noise, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet area with plenty of hot water and stable pressure. What surprised me most was the front desk service; check-in was extremely efficient, and they even thoughtfully upgraded me to a quiet room. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, allowing for smooth work without lag. The breakfast, while simple, was nutritionally balanced. Overall, this hotel is an excellent rest stop for travelers, offering far better value than expected, and will definitely be my first choice for trips to and from the train station in the future!

This was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

This hotel is super easy to find, right by the main road and diagonally opposite the stadium. They have their own charging stations, and the parking lot is quite spacious and convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room was clean and hygienic. All the towels, bath towels, and bathrobes came sealed in individual plastic bags, which was a nice touch. The room itself was quite large, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even offered complimentary shoe shining for guests – truly thoughtful! Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend staying here!

This is an excellent hotel! The front desk staff are lovely and their service is outstanding. They offer a complimentary airport shuttle with a dedicated car. Even when my flight was delayed, the hotel staff waited patiently for me at the airport exit, unlike other hotels where you have to search for the shuttle yourself. Their service is truly thoughtful. The hotel is centrally located in Aksu, with plenty of restaurants nearby and convenient shopping. It's a newly opened hotel, so it's very clean and hygienic, and the rooms are spacious. They even offer room upgrades. The hotel amenities are great, including mouthwash. This is probably the best value-for-money hotel in Aksu, highly recommended!

The hotel indicated that it was opened in 2024, but the equipment inside was not new. It should be that some things in the old hotel were old and renovated. The sofa was stained. We stayed in 2026. The room was very hot and the central air-conditioning host was not turned on, resulting in no use. The waiter sent us a fan. But there are many varieties of early, suitable for our appetite. Parking is free.
