My flight was delayed for 1 hour because it was too hot outside. I was very satisfied. I will stay at the Vienna International Old Street Hotel in Aksu next time. I recommend everyone to experience it."

"My first impression of the hotel wasn't great. The road in front was closed, and the street outside was packed with parked cars! It took us ages to find the parking entrance. The female security guard at the entrance had a really bad attitude. She was there for both check-in and check-out. When we asked for a luggage cart, she just wheeled it over and stared at us, not offering to help. We had to specifically ask her to move each bag. It was the same when we checked out. Eventually, we just gave up and moved our own luggage to the car. We've been on a road trip, and this is the first time we've encountered anything like it! I initially let it go during check-in, thinking she was a female security guard and perhaps working hard, but since it happened again at check-out, I have to mention it. It really tarnishes Hilton's image, doesn't it?
Also, the room felt a bit small. The bathroom and shower are together, and it felt like the door couldn't even open properly. I strongly suggest installing some hooks and towel rails; having none at all is really inconvenient!
There were some good points though. The bathroom had a non-slip mat, which most Hampton by Hilton hotels on our trip didn't. With my elderly mother, safety comes first, and normally when I ask hotels for one, they can only give us another floor mat.
Another plus was the humidifier in the room. That was a lifesaver! Sometimes on our trip, my throat felt so dry at night. As someone from the south, I'm giving a big thumbs up for the humidifier!"

"This was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel."

"The most comfortable hotel I stayed in during my trip to southern Xinjiang. It is clean, hygienic, smart, and has convenient parking. There is a food street just outside the door, the first Tinker Gourmet. The 88-piece large plate of chicken is huge and the amount is amazing. Opposite is the square. Breakfast is also very refreshing and delicious, highly recommended!"

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to attractions, with a park right across the street. It's also within walking distance of the old town night market, where the evening performances are lively and plentiful. GGuest UserIt's about average for a Home Inn, with excellent service. The power went out twice for no apparent reason at night. The room is quite small. I booked a family room with an empty balcony. The room wasn't spacious enough, and the layout wasn't logical. I booked the family room based on the first two pictures, but the last two pictures are a bit of a show-off. I hope it doesn't mislead guests!

I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡

The front desk staff was very qualified and the security guard was particularly responsible for helping us with our luggage. The only drawback is that this hotel may have been open for a long time and the decoration is a bit old-fashioned, but it is tidy and clean, and the price is very fair.
