GGuest UserStaying at the Aksu Yunduo Hotel, the luckiest thing was to meet Manager Li (Muzi Li). She is attentive and thoughtful, treats people particularly friendly, and the management team is even more impressive. Whether it is the waiter who cleans the floor, or every staff member who contacts, the service is particularly thoughtful and intimate, and you can feel sincere and professional everywhere. Such a hotel makes people feel comfortable and at ease, highly recommended!

Dissatisfaction: The room rate was quite high, meeting star-rated hotel standards, but the hotel didn't have its own restaurant. Breakfast was outsourced, but guests had to eat at a street-side breakfast stall. This was chaotic and noisy, with guests mingling with other diners. The menu was limited and monotonous, with only four dishes. I went to breakfast before dawn and caught a cold from the cold wind. For lunch and dinner, I had to find food on my own. This was the worst business trip experience I've ever had! I saw someone on Ctrip claiming over a hundred dishes—hahaha, don't fool me!!
Satisfaction: The room was relatively clean.
