MM559555****This trip to Aksu chose the Hanting Hotel in Jinlan Square, and the experience exceeded expectations! The hotel is conveniently located and the surrounding area is very lively. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and the sleep was very good. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful and patiently answered questions. Very good value for money, next time you come to Aksu will stay here, highly recommended to friends!

Dissatisfaction: The room rate was quite high, meeting star-rated hotel standards, but the hotel didn't have its own restaurant. Breakfast was outsourced, but guests had to eat at a street-side breakfast stall. This was chaotic and noisy, with guests mingling with other diners. The menu was limited and monotonous, with only four dishes. I went to breakfast before dawn and caught a cold from the cold wind. For lunch and dinner, I had to find food on my own. This was the worst business trip experience I've ever had! I saw someone on Ctrip claiming over a hundred dishes—hahaha, don't fool me!!
Satisfaction: The room was relatively clean.

GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic! The hotel's location is convenient. Free laundry, a full range of toiletries, and even complimentary toilet seat covers were thoughtful touches. Shopping and dining options nearby are incredibly convenient. The room was clean and tidy, and the heated toilet was a nice touch. This hotel is truly excellent, offering great value for money. A very satisfying stay and highly recommended!
