AAnonymous UserVery satisfied with the trip to Xinjiang, all the way from Urumqi to Kashgar and then back. I passed by Aksu and saw that there was a Populus euphratica season. I chose this starway hotel and set a parent-child room. It was a surprise. First of all, the space was very large and there was a small refrigerator and a tent inside. The child especially likes it because it is the little boy. The front desk manager specially arranged the blue theme and sent us up. There are robots to deliver things. The children are particularly surprised. The breakfast is a surprise for me. There are various breakfasts of Chinese and Western styles. Soy milk can be drunk and cooked. The big sister who cooked noodles was also amiable. After checking out, the front desk also presented a beautiful small gift. I highly recommend this hotel. The human touch is full. The stay experience is very good. 🎉 Recommended

The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home!

The decoration is grand and fashionable, with mosaic marble floors and light-colored wood grain boards on the walls! Makes people feel very warm and comfortable! It’s 7 meters high! Bright and clean! It makes people restless and depressed! The front office staff immediately stood up with a smile and completed the formalities very politely and calmly! The room is very clean! About 30 square meters! Don't feel crowded! Breakfast is on the 7th floor, directly connected to the elevator. What is touching is that there is no person to collect meal tickets! No one asked you how many people there are in that room! I gained a lot of goodwill at once. This boss is very good at doing business and very generous! I hope to stay in this hotel again when I come to Aksu again!

GGuest UserEverything is OK. It's pretty good in Aksu. The breakfast is so-so. If breakfast is provided in the room, it's very cost-effective. There is a fly in the ointment. When I arrived at the store after 12 o'clock in the middle of the night, the security guard at the door chased me and made sure to drive the car forward. Is this obsessive-compulsive disorder? The car was locked and we were asked to turn the car back. We actually followed it into the hotel and chased it until the elevator went upstairs. The experience was really bad! The luggage is in the trunk and the front of the car is in the front. Is it easy to get the luggage? Seeing that we have so much luggage, have you thought about helping us carry it? The overall service was pretty good, but this one item was so disappointing!

NNengrenyishiThis was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

匿匿名遊客When I checked in, the front desk said they would upgrade my room, but comparing the photos of the rooms I had booked on the booking platform, I couldn't see any difference. Although the room is large, when I came back at night after going out on the day of check-in, the toilet/bathroom overflowed with the smell of sewerage. After one night, the smell became even stronger! After checking the past reviews on the booking platform again, it turns out that guests pointed out the same problem in the first half of last year (and the same comments appeared again in the first half of this year). At that time, the hotel replied that they would carry out repairs, but the problem still exists! The room I was given was not upgraded but downgraded. Did the front desk clerk never know that the room would smell bad? Very disappointed.

SSuperAnn28The room was nice, clean and spacious enough. At first the TV didn't work, the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent someone to fix it. The breakfast was also very good and rich. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡
