MM9052****The hotel lobby is spacious, perfect for reading or working. The robot delivery service was also very convenient. The breakfast selection, including fruits, was delicious and to my liking. The staff were exceptionally enthusiastic and helpful. Thumbs up!

AadoufurenThe ladies were very welcoming. The kids also liked it very much. They asked to stay for another day. However, they had to continue going north. They chose to stay at the Seasons Hotel all the way. Great travel package. Breakfast was also great.

GGuest UserThe hotel service is pretty good, the laundry room is very good, and they can pick you up from the station. But the location is a bit remote. I originally thought of booking a hotel close to the old street, but I didn't expect that the old street was not open in March.

The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home!
The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! I will live next time I come back!

NNengrenyishiThis was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

GGuest UserThe hotel's environment and service are absolutely top-notch, and the breakfast spread is more than enough. However, the air conditioning is simply unacceptable. I understand it's a central AC system, but why the time restrictions? What kind of sense does it make to have the cooling only available from 2 PM to 12 AM every day? It was cool enough when the AC was on at night, but then I'd wake up feeling hot after falling asleep!

DDongfangThis hotel, formerly a high-end business hotel, is a bit dated now, showing its age, but it still retains its former grandeur. There's parking available at the entrance; it used to be free but now costs 10 yuan at most. They offer airport transfer service. The bedding is very comfortable, the room is clean, and the housekeeping staff on my floor were very friendly. The food on the third floor is delicious, and the breakfast is abundant, with free shoe-shining service provided during breakfast. Even the security guards are very welcoming. The hotel is a bit old, but still suitable for business travelers. However, there's an older woman at the front desk, with noticeably narrow, 'triangular' eyes (Han ethnicity), who acts as if everyone owes her money. Communicating with her is very unpleasant, and it's not the first or second time this has happened.

SSuperAnn28The room was nice, clean and spacious enough. At first the TV didn't work, the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent someone to fix it. The breakfast was also very good and rich. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡

A special shout-out to Xiaoli at the front desk; her service was warm and attentive, check-in and check-out were quick, and she was gentle and patient, promptly helping to resolve any issues. The entire experience was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!
