The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home!

GGuest UserThis hotel is super easy to find, right by the main road and diagonally opposite the stadium. They have their own charging stations, and the parking lot is quite spacious and convenient. The facilities are comprehensive, and the room was clean and hygienic. All the towels, bath towels, and bathrobes came sealed in individual plastic bags, which was a nice touch. The room itself was quite large, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and even offered complimentary shoe shining for guests – truly thoughtful! Breakfast was also good. Highly recommend staying here!

A special shout-out to Xiaoli at the front desk; her service was warm and attentive, check-in and check-out were quick, and she was gentle and patient, promptly helping to resolve any issues. The entire experience was excellent, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserWhen I first booked this hotel online, I was a little hesitant and the rating was not high, but when I saw the number of collections, I decisively placed the order. The front desk staff was very qualified and the security guard was particularly responsible for helping us with our luggage. The most praiseworthy thing is that there is a charging station for electric cars at the door of the hotel. The only drawback is that this hotel may have been open for a long time and the decoration is a bit old-fashioned, but it is tidy and clean, and the price is very fair. We have eaten Sichuan people's food and stayed in Sichuan people's hotels along the way. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Aksu, I will continue to stay in this hotel.
