XXiaokailiThis stay experience really exceeded expectations, and must give full praise! The hotel is conveniently located and very convenient to travel. The most intimate thing is that there is a free parking lot. You don’t have to worry about parking by car; there is also a free laundry room, fully equipped and clean, and the laundry on the journey is super worry-free.
The front desk staff was warm and attentive, the check-in was efficient and fast, and the needs were patiently answered, and the details were particularly in place. The room was clean and tidy, warmly furnished, and slept very well. The overall environment is elegant, the management is standardized, you can feel the intention everywhere, the price is super high, I will choose here next time, highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍

The location is close to the business district/high-speed rail station, and it is super convenient to travel. The room is quiet and soundproof, the office rest is not wrong, the network speed is stable, and the breakfast is full. The front desk lady is kind and patient! All questions are very positive responses! When the first day arrived, the plane was late and arrived at one o'clock in the morning. The hotel sent a driver to pick it up early! Really like home!
The breakfast is very rich and the service ladies are also very good! Super super good! Super recommended place! Renewed! I will live next time I come back!

GGuest UserThe hotel is clean and tidy, with five stars in every aspect. We were given a room upgrade. It is very convenient to stay here. It is close to the old street and the ancient city, and close to the cultural and tourist transportation center. We walked there and took a minibus to the Wensu Grand Canyon.

But the washroom design in the room is very inhumane. Washing, toilet, and shower are separated into three areas, which is good. However, there is no place to put towels and clothes in the bathroom. You have to go out to the wash basin to put them, but there is no door to the wash basin. Is it possible? I ran out naked to put on clothes. The toilet and shower room had brown glass doors that were completely transparent when there was light. In other words, when I went to the toilet or shower, I could see everything outside. You can imagine that I was carrying a 16-year-old How embarrassing it is for my child

NNengrenyishiThis was my first time visiting Aksu, and after considerable deliberation, I chose this hotel primarily because its exterior gave the impression of a proper, legitimate establishment. For those who prefer higher-floor accommodations, this is an excellent option. The rooms are generously sized, feature impressive spatial design, and the bedding is incredibly comfortable. The front desk service was adequate but unremarkable, lacking any standout features. However, on the second morning, I was unfortunately disturbed by rather noisy housekeeping staff, which was a minor downside to my stay. I didn't try the breakfast, so I can't provide a review for it. Despite that, I would recommend this as a four-star hotel.

This time I also found that the room was not soundproof. The next door guests chatted until three or four o'clock in the middle of the night. They didn't change to a small chat until they smashed the wall. They were very angry the next day. They told the front desk clerk that they were really soundproof. Not very good, the front desk is on duty 24 hours a day, Next time this happens again, they can adjust the room in the middle of the night, and watching her sincere attitude will be gone. In the future, everyone remember to adjust the room!
