2201825****The security guy was very welcoming, guiding us into the parking lot and assisting us with parking. It made us feel right at home.
Another pleasant surprise was the spacious family room, with a spacious bathroom and sink, and a separate dressing room.
The breakfast was also very rich, and I especially recommend trying the beef noodles. The portion was generous and the flavor was authentic. The soy milk was also rich and delicious with fried dough sticks!

YYumaofengAfter a circle in southern Xinjiang, the last stop was to Aksu and ready to go to Tomul Grand Canyon. The hotel is conveniently located, and it takes only an hour to drive to Tomul. Parking is also convenient. The facilities and equipment in the room are standard at Atour. Staff, no matter where the reception, restaurant, room service or laundry room meet the staff are very enthusiastic. Although Atour's breakfast is not very rich, there are many varieties, but the taste is good. No photo in Atour, because it is near the old street, so drink an Aksu famous coffee near the hotel.

It makes people restless and depressed! The front office staff immediately stood up with a smile and completed the formalities very politely and calmly! The room is very clean! About 30 square meters! Don't feel crowded! Breakfast is on the 7th floor, directly connected to the elevator. What is touching is that there is no person to collect meal tickets! No one asked you how many people there are in that room! I gained a lot of goodwill at once. This boss is very good at doing business and very generous! I hope to stay in this hotel again when I come to Aksu again!

SSuperAnn28The room was nice, clean and spacious enough. At first the TV didn't work, the front desk was very enthusiastic and sent someone to fix it. The breakfast was also very good and rich. I took my elders out for a trip and they loved the breakfast. The only downside was that we booked two rooms, and the guest upstairs in one of them was very noisy. They made noise all night, which affected our rest. The soundproofing of hotels is generally not very good, which is understandable. The main reason is that the guests were too uncultured and made noise all night. 😡

Although the room is large, when I came back at night after going out on the day of check-in, the toilet/bathroom overflowed with the smell of sewerage. After one night, the smell became even stronger! After checking the past reviews on the booking platform again, it turns out that guests pointed out the same problem in the first half of last year (and the same comments appeared again in the first half of this year). At that time, the hotel replied that they would carry out repairs, but the problem still exists! The room I was given was not upgraded but downgraded. Did the front desk clerk never know that the room would smell bad? Very disappointed.
