2-Star Hotels in Basilicata, Italy

Worst experience in staying in independent accommodation. Left in the rain for 1 hour. Tried 18 calls not answered A very unpleasant man turned up and yelled at us in Italian. We felt very intimidated. When we went out we believe someone entered the room and turned off all lights and heating. Nice room but it’s in an apartment not a hotel like pictures make you believe. Next morning 1/2 hour before check out we returned back and the angry man was waiting for us. Yelling about lights left on. This was a small bathroom light we’d missed when we went for a walk. He virtually threw us out of the hotel. Standing in front of the bedroom window making us very uncomfortable. Very very unpleasant stay.

In fact, it is an apartment in a residential house with separate rooms - rooms. There is no resepshen, in all matters the miraculous grandfather of the Italian and helps to solve, spoke with him exclusively in Italian. It should be noted that the bath was very good and clean, the apartment itself, but the number was scratched, and someone left his pants red ;) it was very nice that there was a personal balcony in the room.the place is good, made with a shower.

Просто чудесное место! Очень чисто, я боялась встретить там пауков, так как на улицах они есть, но там не было никакой живности кроме меня и это было прекрасно!!! Очень чисто, отлично работают кондиционер, их даже два, но хватило и одного. Расположение прекрасное, в пяти минутах ходьбы толпы людей, но здесь супер тихо и вообще ни одного человека вечером в выходные! Завтрак был восхитительный, владелец приготовил вкусный кофе, была очень вкусная итальянская кухня. Мне очень пошли на встречу и я смогла заселиться сильно позже часов заезда, владелец был на связи, предварительно я его предупредила о задержке. Отлично работают WiFi. Просто ну обязательно ещё сюда приеду) Хозяин отправил подробную инструкцию по заселению и проблем вообще никаких не было!!! (Всем бы поучиться у данного владельца)
