The location of the hotel is central and safe. The lobby is nice decorated as well. The rooms however need an upgrade as its really 70-80s style and it was a bit wierd the shower/toilet are seperate and they need some renovation. The staff in the evening was nice. during the day rude. Not only did they charge me for the luggage, when i called up after my room was cleaned i could not secure the same nightly rate as i did before despite this was clearly marked on a website. As i looked expensive as i was visiting the cannes filmfestival, they perhaps tried to use this status for individual gain. Loud as well, not quite sure if i would stay here.

Hotel in ottima posizione, vicino sia al centro che alla spiaggia. Stanza carina con un letto molto comodo, non c’era il balcone ma una finestra con la tapparella che oscurava bene. La porta del bagno era difettosa, si chiudeva a fatica. La colazione non era a buffet ma servita al tavolo, la qualità era buona ma la quantità un po’ scarsa.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo albergo 4notti ad agosto 2022,in coppia. La posizione dell' albergo è eccellente:a pochi passi dalla via principale piena di negozi e a 500m dal lungomare la Croisette. Abbiamo trovato facilmente parcheggio per l auto per strada: se si utilizza l auto per visitare di giorno i dintorni di Cannes, a mio avviso è da preferire sostare l auto per strada di sera in quanto dopo le 19 la sosta è gratuita! I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e disponibili, ci hanno dato varie indicazioni sui luoghi di interesse e dove mangiare e ci hanno risolto un problema avuto con l addebito del prezzo della prenotazione. Le camere sono tutte al primo piano e non è presente l ascensore. Le camere sono a tema, hanno il nome di attori/attrici. La nostra camera, Sharon, era spaziosa ma un po' vecchiotta, ma pulita Il wc è separato dal resto del bagno, ma posto in una stanzetta molto piccola. Avevamo a disponizione un frigo con acqua fresca e un bollitore, e un piccolo terrazzino coperto.

I stayed in Apartment No 2 in Gambetta Square in Cannes for a business conference, very central, overlooking a lovely local market. The apartment is owned by Valerie and Pascal who run the Hotel Athenee nearby. They are fantastic hosts, very kind and generous. The breakfasts at the Hotel Athenee are excellent, very French as you would expect, with lovely coffee. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one ensuite with a great shower, the other with its own separate bathroom. The beds are comfortable and the apartment is very clean and well equipped. There is a Carrefour supermarket about 60 metres down the road and next to that is a wonderful boulangerie and patisserie with baguettes for 1 Euro and lovely filled baguettes (NB, closed on a Monday). The beach is about 7 minutes away on foot, very easy to get to. I loved this place and if you love Italian food you are spoiled for choice (great French bistros of course as well).

Chambre Taxi Driver très bruyante car côté rue. Sortie de la baignoire difficile car pare douche sur la côté. Départ à 11 h alors que sur le questionnaire pour préparer notre arrivée c'était écrit que nous pouvions partir sans supplément jusqu'à 14 H. Pas de respect des voeux : nous avions demandé (toujours dans ce questionnaire) une chambre côté cour nous avons eu côté rue. Par contre excellent emplacement. On peut tout faire à pieds (plage, rue commerçante, croisette)

Nous avons eu un accueil chaleureux et souriant! Idéalement placé, l’hôtel a opté pour une décoration sympa basée sur les grands classiques du cinéma, avec une bonne literie. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce petit hôtel amical, et recommandons la chambre « Pretty Woman », grande et pratique !

Pour un séjour parfait entre amis ou en couple Idéalement situé, derrière la rue d’Antibes et le parking est juste à côté.l’accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux. La propreté Irréprochable !!!

Nous avons été très bien accueillis par la gérante et son mari. Ils ont été au petit soin de début à la fin de notre séjour et nous ont même permis de changer de chambre pour une chambre plus spatieuse avec patio. Toujours de bons conseils pour denicher de bons restaurants. Propreté impeccable, petit déjeuner copieux et savoureux. Emplacement idéal pour visiter cannes à pieds, aucun bruit venant de l’extérieur, les chambres sont très biens insonorisées. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour notre prochain séjour à cannes. Nous recommandons à 100%
