The room was very clean and in a good location. The train station and the beach are both a 5-minute walk away. The front desk was friendly and welcoming! The only downside is that the soundproofing is not very good. You can hear creaking sounds when you walk in the rooms next to you.

Fantastic location (less than 5 minutes to the beach), very friendly staff, and the room was immaculate. However, the shower in the room had very bad water pressure and the water was cold after 30 seconds. Additionally, after using the coffee machine water was pouring out of the side. That being, said I would definitely stop again as the positives outweighed the negatives.

The main problem with our stay was that there was no hot water and we were not told this upon checkin even though they knew.
There was no compensation for this.
Also there was no place to unload bags near hotel.

Hôtel bien situé en plein centre-ville Les chambres ne sont pas hyper spacieuses mais la salle de bain est très grande Établissement propre avec un personnel très agréable Peut être un peu bruyant si votre chambre donne dans la rue au dessus du pub Petit déjeuner très bien avec viennoiseries, pain, différentes confitures et surtout du vrai café

Our 4 night stay was superb!! The room was clean and very comfortable. Even though there are several bars/restaurants directly across the narrow alleyway, our room was on the 5th floor and very quiet at night. Best of all was the staff. The front desk clerks were all very friendly, helpful and spoke English. Could not have asked for a better stay!

Siamo partiti in famiglia per Cannes per caso e all’improvviso per non rimanere a casa la notte del 31 Dicembre. Cerco l’hotel su Internet e prenoto pensando “un hotel con camere disponibili a Cannes per due notti…avrà un problema” invece bella sorpresa. Hotel centralissimo sulla via dei negozi a 2-3 minuti dalla Croisette. Parcheggio multi piano convenzionato a 3 minuti di distanza. Personale eccezionale, abbiamo incontrato in 2 giorni 3 diversi receptionist e portieri, tutti gentili e disponibili per ogni richiesta. Camere spaziose e pulitissime. Torneremo a Cannes e non avremo difficoltà nella scelta dell’hotel
