Das Hotel ist ein ehemaliger Palast, der zum Hotel umgebaut wurde und viel Charme besitzt. Vor allem das Stiegenhaus erinnert an den früheren Palast. Die Zimmer fallen etwas kleiner aus, sind aber sehr gemütlich, sauber und modern. Das Hotel hat auch ein gutes Frühstücksbuffet und eine gemütliche Bar, um bei einem Drink zu verweilen, sowie einen Außenpool. Wir haben uns im Hotel sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

The position to the shops and restaurants was only a short walk away. So convenient. The hotel was very clean and the garden and pool were perfect. Small hotel which were very much liked.

Coming here for the Cannes Film Festival, this location was well priced for its proximity to the festival. It was quiet as not on the Croisette but close enough that I could go back to change in between parties. A quiet location, I enjoyed the AC and the sight of the pool but it was too cold and rainy to actually take a dip. I would book here again.

Stayed here with my husband in September 2023 and we loved it. Staff were very friendly, room was clean. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest shops and cafes, and perhaps 10 minutes to walk to the front. Would definitely stay here again if we visited Cannes again. We checked out at 12 and left our bags for the day as our flight home wasn’t until 10pm. We even went back later in the afternoon and they let us sit by the pool for a bit before we left - very kind!! Tip: the breakfast is around 20€ per person. We didn’t experience it, but you can have lovely breakfasts in different cafes less than 10 min walk away for half that price!

We had balcony room (138) overlooking the pool. Hotels proximity to shopping, beach, restaurants and nightlife was excellent. Supermarkets and patisseries also very close by. Abundance of stuff all within short distance walking (no need for taxis). Really liked the swimming pool due to depth of 1.4 metre throughout which was very comfortable and the pool area was very nice, as it’s a small hotel there is no battling with other guest for sun loungers which we also loved. Staff we’re very welcoming and pleasant. The bathroom in our room needs a little maintenance (nothing major) and some snack availability at pool would definitely be an improvement for guests. Main road and rail line running adjacent to front of hotel, didn’t bother us at all. Room was well sound proofed at front but would say you can hear cleaners and internal noise a lot when in your room. If your a light sleeper that might be an issue for you in mornings. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but that didn’t bother us as so many within close proximity. Overall we really liked the hotel and location and enjoyed our stay. We would come back again if staying in Cannes.

Wat een verschrikkelijk hotel. De conciërge was aardig maar als de airco het niet doet zeggen ze zet het raam maar open en wil je een drankje bestellen In de bar die ‘24 uur’ open is dan mag het alleen een standaard flesje zijn. Deze service verwacht ik niet van een 4 sterren hotel. Een grote teleurstelling dus.

Quelles sont les prestations officielles d'un hôtel 4*? - Une chambre d'au moins 16m2 : Elle était minuscule, le mini-bar n'était pas rempli, il n'y avait pas de plateau de courtoisie (pourtant souvent présents dans des hôtels de gamme moyenne), le robinet de la salle d'eau était cassé, il n'y avait pas de peignoir de bain. - Une qualité d'accueil exemplaire : L'accueil est plus familier que compétent. Malgré une bonne volonté, le voiturier était débordé à cause des multiples ordres de la réceptionniste. - Un service rapide et attentionné (dans la limite du raisonnable) : Les clés de la voiture sont perdues puis retrouvées au bout de 30 minutes (à 28 euros le parking, nous ne savions pas que récupérer à temps les clés du véhicule n'était pas compris dans le prix ou que cela était une demande déraisonnable...). - Des éléments complémentaires satisfaisants : Veuillez prévoir votre propre serviette de baignade pour entrer dans une eau qui ne l'est pas (propre...) et non chauffée. Celles de l'hôtel sont mises à la location. Heureusement que ce n'est pas le cas pour les draps propres. - Le confort : Etant en couple, nous avons dormi dans 2 lits simples rapprochés (sic). - La sécurité : ouf, nous avons survécu. - Le prix : digne de l'intercontinental, nous savons où nous irons la prochaine fois. Mais où sont les étoiles ?

L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé (10 min à pieds de la Croisette et 5 de la rue d’Antibes). Les chambres sont propres et l’ensemble de l’hôtel est plutôt agréablement décoré. Gros problème: la piscine est entourée par la route nationale et la gare est juste à côté, beaucoup de passage, impossible de s’y détendre donc. Notre chambre donnant sur la piscine donne également sur cette route. Les photos sur le site ne le montrent bien évidemment pas. Même avec du double vitrage nous entendons la circulation ++. Pour 18€/pers le petit dej n’est pas top non plus… pas de produits faits maisons, pas de jus de fruits frais… L’hôtel est complètement non fumeur et les seuls cendriers sont soient sur le parking soit devant l’hôtel, pas vraiment pratique car même sur la terrasse ou à la piscine il est interdit de fumer ! Le personnel n’est pas si agréable. Pas d’attention particulière envers le client, pas de personnalisation du séjour, on ne se sent pas important ou chouchouter.. Les filles du petit déjeuner, un défi pour leur décrocher un sourire ou un bonjour! Bref, très déçue, je ne reviendrai pas et pense trouver bien mieux la prochaine fois aux même tarifs !!
