Room is extremely suffocative in the middle of the night. The central heating system in the hotel cannot be controlled by the guests. Air conditioning is still unavailable in this hotel in mid -May . In Cannes, it is already 23 to 27 c during daytime.

Excellent hotel! The location is great. Friendly staff. The room is warm, there is a kettle, cups and tea. Good internet. Breakfast on the terrace with a beautiful view, there is cold cuts, cheese, boiled eggs, cereal, croissants, muffins, jams, yogurt, fruit. There is a room to leave luggage before/after check-out.

A great hotel for solo traveller to spend a few days in Cannes. Just two steps from the train station. Good Wi Fi. Cleanliness, daily housekeeping. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception. Breakfast is 8 EUR and it is served on the roof with the city view (just beware the birds).
The only downside is the size of the rooms.

In the eyes of Chinese people, it is an old and shabby hotel. It is a small hotel with a good location. It is in a downtown area and opposite the train station. When you open the window, you can see the hand-painted paintings of Marilyn Monroe on the wall.
Not far away is the Festival Palace, the seaside, and the Promenade. . .
It is about 300 meters away from the carrefour market supermarket. There are many restaurants and bakeries around, making it convenient to eat.
There are two single beds in the room, which are quite narrow. The spring beds make noise when turning over. The facilities are simple, with a kettle, tea bags, and no coffee machine. The bathroom is clean and spacious. There is air conditioning. The sound insulation of the old house is not good.
When I made the reservation, I felt that the hotel was relatively simple. You can imagine how simple the breakfast was. I didn’t have breakfast in the hotel. Just imagine...
No lobby, no sense of a**osphere, and average service.
Recommended for taking a nap and catching the train!
