Everything about the Hotel was decent, but when checking in we were asked to make a deposit of 200€ for the possibility something goes missing and in the case the room is left in a state where it requires extra cleaning. I found that really upsetting. After complaining about this procedure we managed to reduce the amount of 600 € for three persons to 100€. If the Hotel removes this I would give it a 5 star rating. They do not inform you about the deposit priorly.

One thing I noted about the stay is that the pictures are more beautiful than the actual room, which feels a little smaller. However, everything worked, it has a fridge and aircon, the staff is fantastic and it is relatively quiet and nice. I would stay here again.

I am very upset with my experience with this hotel. I made my reservation via Booking. When I wanted to select a room, there was “pay at the property” and “free cancellation” options which is why I chose this hotel.. later I was surprised when I wanted to reserve the room that I had to make a full payment of €710 for 2 days in order for me to reserve, which is the opposite of what was stated on Booking. As there was pay at the property option. Anyway, I reserved but, I needed later to make changes in the dates of my reservation and the hotel was apparently fully booked, which is fine. But to my surprise, they refused to refund my whole payment. This is not fair, To me or any future guests. I feel scammed.

Posizione ottima ma l'hotel andrebbe ristrutturato, la cucina è poco funzionale, il tavolo alloggiato in camera da letto, i letti a castello inseriti in un angolo e il bagno da ristrutturare

Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro ma nonostante ciò ci sono diversi parcheggi vicini (tra cui uno multipiano al costo di 15€ al giorno). Come indicato sui siti e sulla facciata del locale è soprattutto un residence per cui lo staff non è sempre presente ma per noi non ci sono stati problemi (offrono codici di accesso e fasce di orari comodi). La camera era dotata di cucina con utensili il tutto molto pulito ma manca di uno spazio vero e proprio per mangiare. Bagno pulito, moderno, spazioso con diversi salviette a disposizione. L'unica nota negativa è che le camere sono poco insonorizzate. Esperienza positiva ad un buon prezzo.
