Great location, not so great rooms. If you don’t mind taking steps to level 3 (no lift there) and don’t care about the decor, it’s ok. Not sure if it’s operator (my) fault, but I failed to drain the water from the bath, so no bath for another person was avail.. There is no breakfast on the offer. Plenty of restaurants nearby and close to everything - beach, shops, train station.

Total disappointment for this hotel, requested sea view, you have to lean over to see the sea!! No reception on arrival, you need to telephone to get the door code.
No place in front of the hotel entrance to unload luggage, you have to find paid Vinci parking.
Functional air conditioning on the first floor but not above.
Room on the 2nd, no elevator, unsanitary room, stained carpet, bathroom to be redone with hole in the ceiling. Old bathtub. Air conditioning broken in the room. Window open due to the heat, very noisy street with terrace downstairs until late at night. The breakfast advertised on site at 9€ and at the time of reservation it increased to 10€50!!!!!
Incompetent staff the next morning at reception, unable to respond.
Hotel to be urgently renovated and training to be done for staff.

Wonderful stay, the place is right next to the beach. Paid 60 Euros odd for the stay, after booking only 2 hrs before arrival, could not have asked for better ones. I and my wife are very happy with the assistance from the staff as well, they spoke in English and helped in checking in without anyone being there, as we arrived late. The building is secure and surrounded by restaurants, cafes and pubs. The room was quite compact but also comfortable, and has good ventilation, fresh air and access to natural lights, given the locality and budget, nothing more you can expect. Great for couples.

You are paying for location here, and thats it. There's no amenities or simple things (Like a blow dryer, fridge, iron, etc). It is close to everything you want to be in Cannes though. The rooms are quite old - but other than that it does the trick if you are not going to be spending much time in there.

Great location just minutes from the beach, lots of restaurants and bars close by. The staff is friendly, would recommend this hotel if you’re planning on visiting Cannes.

Nota positiva assolutamente la posizione, attaccato alla Croisette. Per il resto non ci tornerei: odore forte e acre già all'ingresso, camera piccolissima in cui ci stava solamente il letto (non riuscivo nemmeno ad aprire la valigia se non davanti alla porta d'ingresso), vista della camera su altre facciate di condomini, bagno invivibile water poco funzionale, lavabo piccolissimo era difficile perfino lavarsi i denti e doccia/vasca con problemi di scarico, l'acqua scendeva con difficoltà il mio compagno che ha fatto la doccia dopo di me si è lavato con l'acqua che io avevo utilizzato prima per me, che gli arrivava sopra le caviglie. Non mi aspettavo sicuramente di soggiornare in un hotel di lusso, ma nessuno in un hotel così scarso considerando che comunque per una notte senza colazione abbiamo pagato 90.80€ , sarà poco per una notte a Cannes ma nemmeno giusto per avere questa "qualità". Due stelle per la posizione.
