It is a very well located hotel in the airport area and very easy access ( 10min ) from the br290 q is the way for q it comes to beaches of Florian poli . It has a covered car . Comfortable room . Very good full breakfast for the segment . The hotel was very friendly and helpful. Check in /out very fast Well sounded for being near the airport. Very good price/service equation The bad q the Hab 206 wifi did not work

We are on transit to take an early flight and the location of the hotel is near to the airport that’s why we choose to stay here. Overall is good .

If you travel for fun, then the price and the enviromento is fine.But if you travel for business, this is one of the worst hotel I have experience, the receptionist has really bad atitude, they dont speak english and they descriminate foreigners. Second, they dont know how to make an invoice correctly with the CNPJ. They misspelled the name or not putting the whole adress correctly. And when i ask to change, they complain and give a bad atittude. I will not reserve this hotel for any of my clientes anymore. If the hotel wants to grow, the receptionists need to receive proper training once in a while. But

The room is comfortable (Ap. 1008), but they could put some more cabins, we also missed cabinets. WiFi works perfectly. Breakfast is honest, but the restaurant and room service are expensive for what they offer. In the bathroom, it would be interesting to put the toilet paper door near the sanitary vase and to put in the box a ”panel or nick” to support shampoos.

When I called and asked about the parking, I was informed that the hotel offered 6 free vacancies in front of the hotel, and I agreed with the open parking next door. Chegamos na madrugada. A pessoa que estava na recepção nos deu o melhor quarto do hotel e informou o horário do café da manhã. Todavia, o melhor quarto já é ruim. Colchão duro. Travesseiros baratos e desestruturados. O chão estava sujo!! Todo riscado. Mas o pior foi que a Recepcao informou errado o horário do café da manhã e quando chegamos estava fechado. Reclamamos e a recepcionista do dia disse que o restaurante era terceirizado é que deveríamos NÓS MESMOS tentar que reabrissem o café. Como foi o Hotel que causou o problema, reclamei e então foram pedir ao terceirizado que reabrisse o café. O rapaz do restaurante foi gentil, reabriu e colocou alguns itens na nossa mesa (o buffet já havia sido retirado). Não obstante a gentileza do rapaz, o café é horrível. Suco industrializado doce e cheio de conservantes. Paes e bolos de má qualidade. Só o que estava tragável era o mamão. Enfim, não dá pra tomar café da manhã no hotel.

Relatively new hotel which is kept in excellent condition. Rooms have lovely views and breakfast is excellent, although 1 day of the 5 we stayed they did struggle a little to keep up with demand. Best part: The pool! Great to finally have a outdoor pool with a view in the city! They do need to have some umbrellas though as it is South facing and the sun is relentless. Especially a concern with young children. Also the floor in the pool area is extremely slippery when you have wet feet. There is also a top quality shopping mall on site with some fabulous food choices. Staff were very good indeed! My only gripe was they ran out of English Breakfast Tea Bags so I had no tea for the last 2 days... but that's my own fault for being English!
