Big hotel, good facilities, very clean, excellent service, good location. Good swimming pool with spacious environment, simple breakfast but good. wide room, good shower. Parking. The only reserve is accessibility, although the room has adapted the wheelchair did not pass through the bathroom door and the pool does not get into the water.

Assi 51 Nahalat Binyamin street Mifgash Asi is a lovely spot for breakfast or just coffee. the place named after Assi Dayan, decorated with fascinating memorabilia of Dayan, a culture hero and one of Israel's greatest film makers, author, actor, drug addict and pharmaceutical wonder

We visited this same hotel last year and wrote a 5 star excellent review. Things changed and not for the better. Our week long stay was not entirely enjoyable. While the hotel retains some of the quality, the quality of service and room standards has gone down noticibly. Specifically, wait staff is not attentive as before and even during non peak dining hours, wait times for the first greeting and offer of a drink were long. The food was well done but taste varied between lunch and dinner, dinner being the better meal selecting the same dish. We asked 3 times for the room to be cleaned while we took a break from work. The room was not cleaned when we returned. After ordering room service, tray pick up took 3 hours. Then, when we called back to insist they remove the tray, the restaurant called our room within 5 minutes to find out where thier coffee and not milk thermos was and insisted on knowing exactly what was in the room still. We felt like inmates rather than guests. The room we were in for a week was nothing like the room on the same floor on our first trip. Cheap artificial wood TV shelves replace beautiful dressers and the room felt like a holiday inn rather than an elegant hotel like our last trip. The highlight of our stay was Rosemarie (we think) in housekeeping. She's a delight and obviously a remanent of the old days. Alberto and Taylor in the dining room were the only waiters who made us feel comfortable. One waitress moved around so quickly, we were holding our glasses to be sure they were not taken. Very nervous way of serving tables. Another waitress took so long to serve us with guests, I had to get up 3 times to find help. The bell captains were also excellent and helped greatly. (Maybe they should be put in charge of the front desk and dining room!) If you need to stay in Porto Alegre, you'll want to stay here but be prepared and if you stayed before as we did, prepare yourself for the changes in room quality and service level. Not sure what happened but it's not the same place anymore.

It is a very well located hotel in the airport area and very easy access ( 10min ) from the br290 q is the way for q it comes to beaches of Florian poli . It has a covered car . Comfortable room . Very good full breakfast for the segment . The hotel was very friendly and helpful. Check in /out very fast Well sounded for being near the airport. Very good price/service equation The bad q the Hab 206 wifi did not work

If you travel for fun, then the price and the enviromento is fine.But if you travel for business, this is one of the worst hotel I have experience, the receptionist has really bad atitude, they dont speak english and they descriminate foreigners. Second, they dont know how to make an invoice correctly with the CNPJ. They misspelled the name or not putting the whole adress correctly. And when i ask to change, they complain and give a bad atittude. I will not reserve this hotel for any of my clientes anymore. If the hotel wants to grow, the receptionists need to receive proper training once in a while. But

The room is comfortable (Ap. 1008), but they could put some more cabins, we also missed cabinets. WiFi works perfectly. Breakfast is honest, but the restaurant and room service are expensive for what they offer. In the bathroom, it would be interesting to put the toilet paper door near the sanitary vase and to put in the box a ”panel or nick” to support shampoos.

This shop is one of the most cost-effective hotels in Porto Alegre. I have stayed there every year since my business trip in 2013, because the first time I didn’t know it was in another hotel, this hotel is more suitable for business and holiday families. There is a kitchen, the breakfast is really invincible and delicious, the new restaurant moved to the street side, the street view is superb! There is a memorial park next to it, and there are various roadside fruit stalls. It is very safe and you can walk around. It feels like a small European town! The steak of the hotel is good, and the restaurant becomes a bar for drinking in the evening!

I had been hosting at Hotel Plaza São Rafael several times, and I like the hotel to the memory of his love and the city of Porto Alegre since I was a child. However, at this last occasion I found several indices of a reversal in the quality of the hosting, and the staff in general, very heartily and well trained, but some others, clearly without vocation for the hotel industry. In the last place I stayed in a very old room and needed a pension, the bathroom boxing, unexplainedly, was located at the highest point of the floor, causing water accumulation and extravagation outside the boxing at each bathroom. Relatively new hotel which is kept in excellent condition. Rooms have lovely views and breakfast is excellent, although 1 day of the 5 we stayed they did struggle a little to keep up with demand. Best part: The pool! Great to finally have a outdoor pool with a view in the city! They do need to have some umbrellas though as it is South facing and the sun is relentless. Especially a concern with young children. Also the floor in the pool area is extremely slippery when you have wet feet. There is also a top quality shopping mall on site with some fabulous food choices. Staff were very good indeed! My only gripe was they ran out of English Breakfast Tea Bags so I had no tea for the last 2 days... but that's my own fault for being English!
