Accueil chaleureux et vraiment sympathique mais personne ne parlait français quand nous sommes arrivés. Dès deux côtés l'anglais était approximatif mais nous y sommes arrivés.
Très grand appart fort agréable (manque de luminosité et de luminaires dommage).
Cependant la 3eme personne dort sur le canapé... J'avais lu les avis mais bon il faut le voir pour le croire...des trous et des bosses, une horreur. La responsable le lendemain vous dit que c'est normal et que si on met un plaid ça suffit...et nous raccroche au nez quand on demande une info à la réception...
Sinon toutes les autres personnes étaient adorables, souriantes, à l'écoute.
Bon petit déjeuner (dommage la musique dans la salle n'allait pas avec le lieu et rappelait une playlist d'enterrement.)
Très bon rapport qualité prix 42 euros pour trois avec le petit déj.
Dommage la route était fort bruyante mais on s'y habitue.
Toute petite plage à 2min à pieds.

I used to enjoy Nitzana Residence, but my recent visit was disappointing. The staff's hygiene seemed lacking, which was off-putting. While the service was once good, the swimming pool, which was clean before, was not well-maintained during my visit. Overall, I'm really let down by the changes at Nitzana.

The rooms are spacious and so is the balcony. There are towels and shampoo available. Cleaning is done every day and towels are also changed. The residence is 150m from the sea but you have to walk a little to get to a beach. There is an Indian restaurant which was very good in the residence. Downside: no air conditioning in the living room, on the street side it's quite noisy, one of the 2 mattresses was as hard as concrete and there were no deckchairs at the swimming pool which was a little chilly. You will need transportation because the residence is not in the city center. Perfect for sleeping. Good value for money

7th Dec 23 Entered room which was moldy and stuffy, unclean rooms and shower. Water dripping from AC. Called management and they said cant talk to them, not willing to provide another room kept calling for room service and each time they send someone else

We went to eat in the restaurant at lunchtime last week, it was a Monday and it was not busy. Lovely appointed restaurant, very clean, great staff. A very interesting and varied menu. The food was superb. 10/10 couldn’t find a fault, very reasonable prices. Highly recommend.

Worst experience ever! The apartment smell so bad. It gives a dirty vibes. The pool is sooo small. Very disappointed! If you're a clean freak i defo don't recommend at all. Breakfast end at 9:30 & 9:34 we requested for breadfast in our apartment & we didn't even have a french breakfast lol we got fruits, saussage & eggs😅

Apartments suitable for couples and families. Walking distance to amazing beaches. Staff friendly and helpful. Apartments are close to the rd so can be a little noisy. Apartment was fitted with aircon and a ceiling fan. Try the Nitzana Indian restaurant,really good!!!

I would not recommend anyone because the room Hibiscus No 15 and 11 were terrible poorly maintained there were lizards everywhere and mosquitoes. We asked for a mosquito diffuser and the receptionist told us they would send one which was in vain as nobody came along. The bedsheet was torn very old and most of all we all didn’t sleep as the bed was not comfortable one could feel the wire spring on our back. One advice I would give all those booking in this place to check the room before they stay. We made a big mistake we didn’t check the bed! Very very disappointing to see lizards. The only thing we appreciate was the shower we had hot water. The receptionist was welcoming but only for the diffuser that was not professional!
