perfect stay , with a lot of `charme´ !! The rooms are big and very clean ... the weather was not good enough to go to the swimming pool but the house itself is great !

Excellent location. Beautiful setting. Brilliant service. Wonderful staff. We had a most enjoyable 5 night stay at Fernwood Manor. The breakfasts were top notch too and we would highly recommend it on all fronts.

Booked for my parents. They had this to say: "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fernwood. We checked in late and had a very warm reception by Nathan. We stayed in the suite with the Mountain view and it was amazing. Everything was so clean, from the linens to the facilities, and for the first time we felt comfortable enough to use a hotel bath tub. It was quiet and we slept peacefully. Breakfast was great and the staff very friendly. We'll definitely be back."

If you’re looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service, Fernwood Manor won’t disappoint! The breakfast at Fernwood Manor is delicious. The staff members at Fernwood Manor are attentive, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The exquisitely decorated air-conditioned rooms are spacious and comfortable. The entire guest house is impeccably clean and well-maintained. From the rooms to the pool area, everything is spotless.

This beautifully converted home is a little piece of paradise on a quiet street in Cape Town. It has lovely rooms, common areas, lounges, a bar, a pool, and gardens. There are many places to snuggle with a good book and privacy. Breakfast is great, and there is an honor bar with all your favorite drinks and cocktails. The rooms were clean, and the service was wonderful. My only problem was arriving home at night, and it was dark. While there are locked gates, security cameras all around, and the staff live on the property; I did have a moment of fear until I got to my room and could lock the door. I know this is not a problem in general.

A pleasure to stay at this well run and very comfortable boutique guest house situated in a leafy suburb 20 minutes from Cape Town Waterfront and 15m from the airport. Breakfasts were superb and it was very easy to relax by the lovely pool. Stylishly furnished throughout and its honesty bar was much appreciated. Emanuela, Jane and all the team worked hard to make our stay so relaxing and enjoyable.

Well selected for its location in Newlands equal distance between the harbour front, Table Mountain and the airport. Well served by Uber, and off the beaten track. A delightful spacious old building with all the mod cons. The room was comfortable and airy. As a B&B the generous breakfast was served by very attentive staff and so set up for a great day out. Well informed about local restaurants some within surrounding walking distance down pleasant tree lined boulevards. I would return any time

A great stay at Fernwood Manor after a gap of a few years. There are new owners who have maintained the standards of the previous owners. Fernwood Manor breakfast remains amazing and cooked to order. The garden and pool area is beautifully maintained and so relaxing. I will most definitely be back.
