Taj Cape Town ★★★★★
"First of all, the service is very good, the breakfast is also very good, thank you very much for upgrading our room, secondly, the facilities are also very complete, I like this hotel very much"
The Capetonian - Halal ★★★★
"The hotel facilities are well-maintained; the air conditioning, bathroom, and Wi-Fi all work perfectly. The guest rooms are thoroughly cleaned, bright, and spotless. Common areas are also kept tidy and organized. The staff are warm, welcoming, and communicate effectively. The location is excellent, saving time and effort for getting around. It's quiet at night, ensuring a high-quality rest. With great hardware and excellent service, this was a very pleasant stay."
The Trade Boutique Hotel ★★★★
"Enjoyed our stay at the hotel, staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are spacious and clean. Rooftop bar was picturesque with views of Table Mountain"
Cape Town Lodge Hotel ★★★★
"Very noisy Hotel and room cleaning can be Improved. We asked 3 times to get the room cleaned in the 7th floor. Very disappointed that they charged us and other Guest minibar Drinks and Snacks which we did not had. I can understand of its just 1 water or 1 Snack but it was more and we paid 200 Rand more. No reaction from the Management."

Foreshore Hotel
"Rooms were spacious and clean, the amenities were great, the hotel is old so obviously a few maintenance issues, but overall it was fine, location in town was ok, we booked with the intention of walking to the ICC but ended up driving each day as the walk back in the evening with laptops etc, felt like a bit of a risk. I had a room facing the square and the noise was a real factor from screaming and shouting all night from the vagrants, to the cash and carry opposite opening at 4am to get vendor trolleys out, it was a solid 5 days of broken sleep. Staff were friendly, service was good and the food was good."
Old Bank Hotel - Lion Roars Hotels & Lodges
"Very central location which comes with a bit of noise. Spacious rooms with big bathroom and comfortable beds. However, Netflix on my TV never worked although I was moved to another room because of it. And the drain in the showered smelled bad in both rooms. Service and breakfast were great."
StayEasy Cape Town City Bowl
"Good location and reasonable price, but unkind staff."
The Westin Cape Town
"It's good in every aspect, but the price is the most expensive."
Pullman Cape Town City Centre
"Room: spacious, clean and comfortable. Our room was on the highest floor and it was quiet. If you’re traveling with an elderly, just be cautious as the shower floor is extremely slippery. One downside is that water pressure and temperature is not very stable. Location: situated in the heart of CBD, it’s a fairly safe area. Parking available for hotel guests and shuttle available to V&A Waterfront Staff: Front desk and lobby staff are friendly and welcoming. Security at the hotel and parking were also very friendly and helpful. Most staff at the restaurant were not as friendly (most but still a few staff was friendly and helpful and provided great service) Staff often forget guests’ drink orders as 2 days in a row, we did not get our tea during breakfast. I also ordered a cappuccino while waiting in front or the coffee machine however I was forgotten as well. I was better off making my own coffee. Breakfast: They served standard American style breakfast with selection of fruits, pastries and salads. Their hashbrowns were my favourites! If only the food can be a little different everyday, we stayed there for 4 days and had the same food everyday. Overall, we enjoyed our stay room but restaurant staffs’ service and attitude can be improved."
Pepperclub Hotel
"The hotel has the perfect location And the meals are great . I really enjoyed my stay there. Will definitely recommend"
InterContinental Hotels TABLE BAY CAPE TOWN by IHG
"Very good 👍"
Camps Bay Village
"Nice view from the room, great location, beach 3 minutes walk. Friendly staff. Definitely worth a look,"
Blackbrick Hotel Gardens - Cape Town
"During our stay, housekeeping removed items from our fridge and later admitted via WhatsApp that they had thrown them away, mistakenly assuming we had checked out. We had not. The items were valued at R1,500. What made this worse was management’s handling of the situation. The manager was dismissive and later claimed the staff “did not find” the items - directly contradicting the written admission previously sent to me. That inconsistency speaks for itself. Nearly a month later, no refund has been processed and communication has largely stopped. There were also repeated privacy breaches. Despite displaying a “Do Not Disturb” sign, staff entered our room multiple times. On one occasion, a staff member walked in while I was completely naked. This was reported to reception, and no formal apology was ever issued. Mistakes can happen. What defines a business is accountability. In this case, there has been none. We made every effort to resolve this privately and professionally before posting this review. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency and follow-through has left us no alternative. Proceed with caution."
The Tropicana Hotel
"The hotel is more like a serviced apartment style with a small kitchnette and full amenities, but it also has the benefit of a 24-hour reception and daily housekeeping, so the stay was very comfortable. The room is quite spacious and all spaces are well-maintained in terms of amenities and cleaniness. The view is nice from the balcony which can look into the oceanside or mountainside."
ONEHUNDRED on M - Fluent Serviced Apartments
"Spent 6 nights here in Feb 26. Room was nice, generally clean, comfortable beds, good air con, nice communal space in our 2 bed appartment. Main issues were no air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and the floors were quite dirty. The major issue was that there was no water at all for about 24 hours. To be fair this was a local issue not a hotel issue but it was really challenging and the company didn't manage it very well! But, assuming the water is working, it's a nice apartment in a nice setting, would recommend! Staff are nice too, I liked Dee!"
Protea Hotel Cape Town Waterfront Breakwater Lodge
"The hotel is located inside the Business School of the University of Cape Town. It has a beautiful building and is said to have a long history. The environment is good, quiet, and safe. You can take an Uber directly to the yard. The location is great, next to the waterfront. The entire commercial area is patrolled by security guards. As long as it is not too late at night, it is no problem to wander around alone. The roadside next to the hotel is the citysightseeing station and service point, and there is also a very famous aquarium. The hotel itself is a bit shabby according to the current domestic standards. The lobby and rooms are relatively small, and the facilities are also a bit simple, but the overall maintenance is relatively clean, and the waiters clean very carefully. Basically, the stay is quite comfortable, and the breakfast is good"
Krystal Beach Hotel
"What an excellent stay we had in a hotel that is centrally situated to every amenity that the Cape has to offer. The staff is friendly and very helpful. As a Muslim it's also very reassuring to know that they have a halal chef to cater for your needs and breakfast in the morning was an absolute treat prepared by a well trained chef who is Muslim herself. I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends without hesitation and it is ideal for a breakaway from life's huddle and bustle. I have stayed here before and will DEFINITELY be staying here again in the future."
The Portswood Hotel
"The room is not big, but the location is very good, it is suitable for a one or two day trip"
