The hotel service is good and the staff are warm and friendly. The guest rooms are fully equipped, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was pretty good too. Convenient location and easy transportation. highly recommended!

There are all kinds of main breakfast dishes in the hotel. The lights in the room are relatively thin. It is close to the railway. In the early morning at night, you will still hear loud noises. At sunset, you need the master to order the room. The staff will not help to upgrade the room.

It’s amazing view at this hotel. Breakfast is very good with diverse foods. Staff are super attentive and friendly and helpful. I totally was satisfied with all services and all facilities. High recommended to everyone for good accommodation . 10 out of 10.

The Hotel view was amazing, I arrived before check in time so was so nice just to chill at the cafe by the pool with the ocean and Table Mountain View. I also able to rent a bike at the Hotel lobby and explore the area next to the beach. The hotel location is exactly by the beach and have an easy access to the beach. The room was so big and the breakfast was so good with a lot of options, thank you. Definitely will come back again.

I had booked 3 nights , but added 2 nights to this. When we arrived the lady on reception said that different room types were booked, so if we paid to upgrade we we could stay in the same room for our whole stay. However after 2 nights they insisted we changed rooms. A total waste of money. I Didn't what to change rooms i wanted to be in the same room for 5 nights.
Didnt bother me if i had seaview or not, just did not want to change rooms. Crazy.

We stayed at this hotel mainly because it is located at a beach and has a spectacular view of Cape Town. At the same time, it is not too far away of a ride to the city centre. The staff is the best asset of the Lagoon Beach Hotel & Spa - they are very friendly and supportive. We visited the Spa which was sensational! We did not eat breakfast at the hotel often as we wanted to visit different breakfast spots in the city, but the hotel has a good choice and quality of food.

The hotel is located at a beach from. Beautiful views. Clean and spacious rooms. Excellent service from friendly staff. I fully enjoyed my stay here
