The hotel has free shuttle to the water Front.
Breakfast coffee need extra charge with very high prices. Don’t order the coffee if necessary!!!!!

Overall the stay was great, but finding mould in the in the vent in the toilet was an uncomfortable surprise.
Breakfast was lovely.
Staff were extremely friendly; however one staff member would sing and speak really loudly to no one in particular while tending the bar.

Do not stay in this hotel if you can, especially when you are business traveller. I had serious issue with the hotel laundry service, which was handled by its appointed 3rd party laundry company. My new pant was discoloured massively after so called dry cleaning treatment. The hotel front office and house keeping staffs have verified the poor treatment. However, the arrogant duty manager insisted everything was correct, despite the pant has lost its origin color significantly. Every normal person, who is familiar with laundry would recognise the pant has been treated in a rough washing condition; incl. improper ironing. However, the duty manager insisted nothing was wrong based on camera footage, instead of looking at the outcome of the laundry results. He defended his position, was afraid of paying any compensation. The worst part was, prior the rejection, hotel staffs have been asking what would be the value of compensation. The next day, everything changed. So much to attitude, character and integrity of the management.

Pepperclub is ideally situated in the upper area of Cape Town CBD, close to many amenities like restaurants and social attractions and only a 15 minute drive to V&A waterfront. The hotel offers excellent service throughout from check in to room service to check out.

We had a great conference again, well looked after and catered for, rooms were great and serviced well. Just take earplugs as the night clubs in and around town can be a hinderance for the non drinker and light sleeper.

Absolutely wonderful property in a good location. 5 mins from VA waterfront and about 25 mins from the airport. We could see the lion's head from our room. There is a car parking facility in the building which was extremely convenient for us. The breakfast is simply outstanding

Lovely experience - just needs more clarity on the website and with the waiters serving us on how it all works. The movie theater is very comfortable. The restaurant was very well-appointed and comfortable. Drinks are not included. We let them know our dinner was celebrating my husband's birthday, and they treated him to a small desert with well wishes!
