Beautifully located hotel with lovely rooms facing Camps Bay beach. All staff very friendly and helpful with the manager being particularly helpful. Our second stay at this hotel and excellent both times. Thoroughly recommended

Lovely hotel in central Camps Bay location. Don’t be put off by entering via an upmarket shopping centre- aside from this being unusual everything is perfect and in fact it turns out to be a positive as you’re staying right at the heart of Camps Bay. Staff extremely warm and helpful and the room was beautiful. Mountain and sea views also stunning. The restaurants belonging to the hotel group are also all excellent. Lovely rooftop pool with plenty of comfortable sunbeds

We enjoyed our stay here. Sitting on top of a shopping centre it seemed odd to start with but it reminded us of Mediterranean beach clubs. The staff were excellent and we had a great room looking to the sea. Breakfast was excellent as was lunch next to the little pool. There are many lovely restaurants for dinner in the evening.

I stayed here for several days at the end of a work trip to unwind before a (very long!) flight back the US. I could not have been happier with my stay. It was the perfect way to unwind and recharge. This property is beautiful and elegant. No details have been overlooked. The room was quiet, clean and luxurious. The spa services were excellent (facial and massage) and sunsets from rooftop pool are even more gorgeous in person. The breakfast overlooking the ocean is not to be missed. The hotel went above and beyond to take care of me and I hope to return in the future!

Hotel is very nice and well kept in the heart of Camps Bay. The rooms are very nice, staff are all very friendly and as they should be with a lot of restaurants and stores nearby as well as the beach. The only issue was the price we paid was very high for a boutique hotel such as this.

Fantastic place to stay and be looked after. The Marley and their associated restaurants/bars treat you exactly the same. Basically a VIP guest wherever you are or whoever you talk to within the Marley group.

Excellent, très bel accueil. La chambre très bien situé avec une excellente vue sur les montagnes 12 apôtres. Chambres très spacieuses. A coté des restaurant de très bonnes qualité et sur le toit un bar piscine magnifiques. Le personnel très proche du client et vraiment disponible. Un merci particulier à Modeste qui parle très bien Français et qui a rempli notre document pour les Seychelles. Le personnel est vraiment de très bonne qualité! Merci encore de la part de Sandrine et Thierry

Rooms: Clean and large rooms. We chose one with a view of Table Mountain which we had understood would be quieter than facing the road/sea. However, we had to contend with the noise (and smoke) from the generator which came on for several hours each to deal with the daily Cape Town powercuts. Next time we would 100% get a sea view room which is away from generator. Staff: The reception and housekeeping staff are incredibly helpful and they are a real asset to the hotel. Location: Very handy for the beach (as are all hotels on the Camps Bay *****), also it's above shops and restaurants. The rooftop pool and bar are quiet and have wonderful views of the beach and mountain. The only downside is that taxis don't always realise they have to drive up to the entrance through the multi storey car park. Or you can walk down the steps and stand on the street to get an Uber which also wasn't a great option. This is because the hotel is effectively above the shops and so there is no traditional street level entrance.
