The hosts were very friendly and kind. They made us feel welcome. The B and B is very central and set in a pretty suburban area and is close to the hospital which is the purpose of our visit. Also close to shops and lovely restaurants. The parking was secure inside. They served a delicious hearty breakfast. Only complaint was that there was no aircon.

best stay in my life. and there was hundred of stay in Hotels and BBs The owners were not only friendly.They were perfect. Each wish for Breakfast was fulfilled. Any help with travelling. the friendliness was incredible. Thank you for all

The moment I arrived at the B and B I was made to keep wecome. I was asked if I wanted something to drink and a coffee was made for me , most wecome. Tony and Marieka are excellent hosts ,have been in the business a long time and do it well. My stay was so enjoyable that I booked a return stay before flying back to Australia.

What a fantastic guest house run by a fantastic couple! This will be my go to place whenever travelling to Cape Town. Well priced and great location. I only arrived after 10pm due to flight delays, but Tony was still up to welcome me.

The entire hotel service package was amazing. The hosts (Tony & Marieka) were very nice & friendly and took great care of us. Their policy is delivering excellent service, which was well-executed. The ambience was great, with very clean accommodations with gardens where one can relax and enjoy the Cape air and braai. There is a lovely swimming pool, so those who may want to cool off can jump into the clean pool at this place. You will have safe parking and well-secured accommodation in a safe location. In addition, there is a good wifi connection which will ensure that you are always connected with your loved ones while on vacation. The place is conveniently located, close to Cape Town CBD, and closeby to the area of Pinelands; there is a shopping centre where one can buy stuff or ask the great hosts (Tony & Marieka) for advice - they will ensure that you are comfortable. Thank you, Applegarth B&B and Self Catering Studios, for giving us the best experience during vacation. Highly recommended accommodation option!

Simply first class in every respect from the moment Ian my transfer driver met me at arrivals assisted me with my forex and new sim card and whisked me off in comfort to the B&B , the spotlessly clean accomodation the gourmet food and wine that I was served but above all the warm welcome and the marvelous help and advice I received from proprietors Tony and Mareika marked this establishment out as rather special and I can honestly say that after over 50 years of traveling my stay here is up with the most enjoyable travel and hospitality experiences I have had !

My Partner and I stayed at Applegarth for a week following a big operation I had and I would say It was the best place to recover, feel safe and looked after. The hosts Tony and his Wife Marieke made the stay wonderful. The breakfast was awesome and there was always attention to detail( clean towels everyday, clean room) we even got the BEST homemade cookies one afternoon. Very caring Hosts. Will def always have a place to stay in Cape Town.

Very pleasent stay, thank you. Comfortable stay with clean rooms. Good location. Very helpful and friendly staff. Will be happy to stay at AppleGarth B & B again. Perfect for holiday or business trips.
