I paid for my booking before Covid 19 and I couldn't go because of the country restrictions (was supposed to check in on the 26th of March 2020, checking out on the 30th) and i have been asking for my refund since then and still haven't been refunded till today. Their emails are not answered and i wish they can just close down. They have pathetic after sales service I had to put any date as there's no option for previous years

Sehr gute Lage um Kapstadt kennen zu lernen. Hop on Hop off Bus zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso die Innenstadt. Drei Restaurants in fußläufiger Nähe. Hotel könnte besser gepflegt werden aber ok. Betten sehr gut.

Great place, great location,very spacious room, the bath was stunning, loved our private court yard👌 breakfast was great, well done to Noël.had an absolute great time, thank you dunkley house.loved the pool , the bamboo trees adds a nice touch to the place

It was a sweltering weekend and I wanted somewhere to stay with aircon, a pool, and a luxurious bed! Dunkley House was exactly what I needed. A little local oasis of luxury with a hearty breakfast and wonderfully friendly and helpful staff

Die Unterkunft liegt eigentlich recht gut und ruhig gelegen für einen Aufenthalt in Kapstadt, damit hat es sich dann aber auch schon. Ein ziemlich schläfrig wirkender Angestellter nahm uns in Empfang. Die Zimmer sind befriedigend, vieles ist defekt, vermutlich schon länger, es scheint, als ob niemand Interesse hat, mal etwas zu reparieren. Kleinigkeiten halt, aber zum Gesamtbild passend. Sauber war es. Am nächsten Morgen hatte dann ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter Dienst und servierte uns ein gutes Frühstück. Schade für diese an und für sich tolle Unterkunft, man könnt viel mehr daraus machen.
