Было необходимо 2 номера, оба были показаны свободны. После бронирования первого, второго не оказалось. Сразу же обратились за отменой и через сайт и напрямую в отель. В отмене отказали деньги не вернули.

We were greeted by Elias, he was very friendly and helpful. He made sure that everything was clean and ready for when we arrived. He was always readily available to assist if needed. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely use this facility again.

Even if we arrived late, Elias welcomed us. He supported us perfectly well in all matters. Same in the morning when we left. He got up early and gave us a helping hand with the luggage. Clean and save. We rented 2 rooms, one of the rooms is a bit small for 2 adults, but still manageable.

It was a very good stay, and i enjoyed evry bit of it. From the welcome to the anemities, everything was well done. If they could have back up power though. It was a bit of a discomfort when electricity went for 2hrs.

The guesthouse is in a very noisy suburb, or maybe at night or over weekends it is a problem, we checked in and have a braai and it was all quiet, we went to Grandwest and came back 22h30, the neighbours have a party with Karoake and decided to do it until 6am, i personally called the poloce and they came and quiet them down, 30min later the noise and karaoke was back. Till 6am and we had business to attend to before we take on our 4 and a half our trip back to Mossel bay. Was a terrible experience.

for someone who is from JHB and was not aware which place is safe or not in CPT, this turned out to be one of the best accommodations in the kind of suburb this is located. The host was very welcoming & because I arrived late at night, they were quick to open the gate for me, the room was very neat and beautiful. The house was very secured and beautiful.
