It is very close to the Cape Town Convention Center, which is more convenient for people who have meetings. The hotel is also good value for money. It is a self-service style hotel, sanitation is carried out every two days, but if one person stays for a meeting, it is basically enough to go back to the hotel to sleep.

Positive points: the room is large, large bed, bench outside the bathroom with 2 sinks, quiet. Very close to Citysightseeing stops 3 and 4. Sockets without the need for an adapter.
Negative points: the location is bad, with no options for restaurants nearby and a feeling of insecurity.
Communication with the aparthotel from the beginning was very bad, with no response to messages sent.
Other information: Breakfast served in the cafe next to the hotel, very attentive staff but it was not a buffet. You chose between 4 options. There was no fruit or natural juice, but it was well served. Very good omelet!
There was no hairdryer in the room. From what I understand there was only 1 rotating guest. And there is no socket to plug into the bathroom sink in front of the mirror!
You enter and leave the hotel with your room key card and sometimes there is no one at reception.
Cleaning was not done every day but there was no regularity.
The Uber ride to the waterfront cost around 50 to 60 rand.

Do not book this. Immediately after checking in I was followed by two strange men who banged on my door asking me to let them in. They waited outside for what felt like forever. When I finally got downstairs to check out and get to a new hotel, they agreed to cancel the rest of my stay and refund me. That refund never came. This place is sketchy and not safe.

Felt very safe in hotel. They are very green thinking. Fantastic breakfast restaurant. Walls just a tad bit thin inside hotel. Overall very nice place & staff is very friendly.
